So cute article. Dramas are just in Korea, chinese are series, and they have three or four episodes per week. The linguistic and filological aspect as well the all Qi and Coughing blood is explained by another user as well the difference in genres as plain historical or "Wu"xia and for the CGI is true but since Eternal Love, are making amazing progress by instance in Bloody Romance or Legend of Fuyao are much better and Ashes of love is really good, ( sad that FL is not my cup of tea). Im in chinese series now,( the hotness of those guys is unlimited LMAO) cause im quite in pause with dramas, because dramas are in quite the slump, except M.O.T. Alhambra all the rest is a continuum of cliches and noona stuff that it became ( with some exceptions) a boring world.

Thai BL encourage this underage romanticizing pedophile tendencies.
You don´t get the point, and is ok. The majority of Thai BL fans are ultra, others BL fans are like me, and we like to ask questions ourselves about differente issues like thai dramas in this case in order to not give to fundamentalists any reason for negatively judging LGTB minority, and i´m just thinking in how cultural industry affects the societal interaction, i never said nothing about forbid something or making a judgment against LGTB or Thailand, And the scene was just a little example used as reference of a bigger picture, but reading your reaction i can´t continue with this dialogue because you twist the written into a non existent thing.

adultery, you live in a country in wich the word "adultery" has legal weigh? wich country you live? mature doesn't…
in my knowledge you can be an adulterer when you are married and that´s why the word is basically applied to marriage and has legal connotations, not other couples issues like infidelity or cheating. Bye.

there´s a lot of dramas were they put the legal age of consent ( but by law the consent is limited with adults because always exist the chance of abuse trough persuasion) but their faces, bodies, and actions belongs to a child, in a country like Thailand where UNICEF measured about half million child's in the prostitution world or in sexual tourism, romanticizing the relations between baby faces is dangerous, and worse is just for profits not for widening the mindset of the population towards LGBT minorities. Is my opinion.

ok. But for better understanding, "adultery" is a legal figure with civil or penal connotations according every country law system ( countries like mine this word doesn't mean a thing but in Saudi Arabia or extreme religious countries carries several and terrible punishments and most of the blame is on us, women) , "infidelity" "cheating" is the correct word without that legal weigh.

I'll watch anything and I don't see it as romanticizing as long as they are work or fiction. Hollywood for example…
adultery, you live in a country in wich the word "adultery" has legal weigh? wich country you live? mature doesn't mean adulthood, adult for the law is something but mature is a pure socio psychological aspect of one person, that in kdrama always some of the characters lack.

there´s one that really surprised me, Together with me in wich a doctor in their late 30´s and a supposedly 19 or some student have "encounters" and as a birthday surprise the gift was sex with two or three more. Correct me if im wrong.

interesting, but this article choose those who are not so cringe or lazy written, by instance Eternal Love, Princess Agents or Can You Hear my Voice, those guys despite being young find an attractive ( overall) woman and those women are cautious at first of them, these woman are smart, independent, with a proper point of view in life and never become stupidly childish they stay faithful who they truly are and that´s her charm, not like the one in " a gentleman´s dignity" and the majority of noona romances that are "vampires" of young men doing aegyo or showing a immaturity so disgusting that the drama becomes just fan service for bored ajummas.

thank you for your kind suggestion but i´m really tired of this trend. It´s becoming ridiculous like it was the cougars in US or the BL with suggardadies.

yoo ah in is like copying jun ji hyun's acting in this drama lol but failed
True, there´s no way to copy ME, LOL. But she is not the one an only korean goddess, in 13 but 17 the FL made some JJH traits, i guess she is so original that all actresses become influenced by her acting.

i hate love triangles and all that jazz of Team Yi Mao or similar, but what i hate the most is those dramas were both amazing men fall in love for an annoying FL who is not a bit likable, and so hard that even the always existing lady in love with the second ML doesn't taste the cake because the drama ends with the SL heartbroken. ( Ashes of love I´M WATCHING YOU)

¿Bloody Romance and Legend of Fuyao? ( Yan Ming made a better character that the FL of Ashes...) The only one in wich i´m glad to see him is Leo Luo as winner, the best character and the most amazing performance in AOL, but the leads of AOL are far from Ethan Ruan and Yang Mi performances.
