Yes it has a lot to do, because the argument given next, one that not discard any other gender identity to watch whatever it pleases , and if your idea about interchange is mockery we´re done here.

Im not talking about "opposites atract" wich is a real healthy idea that involves maintain their own selves while they grow up to incorporate some ideas misunderstood previously abouth the other by feeling them in the interaction. Im not gonna stop watching , because even if a have a cis straight boyfriend righ now i consider myself gender fluid, and as part of a minority i want to wacht as much is out there in order to show support and normalize trough cultural products that we are a reality, we exist and we have rights, and one of them is condem representations that put us at the same levels of abusive relations that we try to adress, i dont endorse traits of that toxic masculinity in some bls, trendy by the way, but with exceptions luckily. So youre free to block me, if you dont like my thoughts, but dont patronize me.

I dont know if you share with me, but this drama must be like americans or french just to name two cowntries, like having multiple seasons of 16 episodes each, because is so really pleasing and exciting to see that i would love to watch how the differents arcs are developed in every season.

I'm still dwelling over the fact that despite the character development of Cindy ( IU) through Baek sun Chang, they ( writers, director, whoever) did not give her/ us a proper closure to that coupleship, which is one of the most beautiful pair ever seen in a drama. The Noona Donsaeng or Sunbae Hoobae, was a good story, ok, but the repetition was a wrong perspective, all the stuff about making a new edition, even if innocent and pure and all, doing that to an older woman full of insecurities about love, about ONE love, (one wich BSC was aware) was kinda abusive and nonsensical for not to say obsessive, at the other hand there´s this woman who likes you from the get-go even if you, non intentionally, are rude or thoughtless with her, and is beautiful and clever, and is fighting the great fight, all alone ¿and doesn't get into your emotional radar? Forced script to show how clever the idea is that he is so unique that in front of a mature woman with a very defined crush, not one-sided but undercover under a nonsubtle friend-zone who is just a little amused and flattered with you because you act like a puppy and you're handsome, come on, and that other woman who despite her struggles bring the best of herself for you and always there's a smile on her face when you're around? the answer was clear I didn't get why they pursued the impossible path.

¿Is this one of these iconic episodes that will be engraved in the history of dramas? I remember that in "It´s ok that's love" the episode when he finally realizes he is sick running with himself, the memory, the illusion of him as a barefoot child with the song Hero of Family of the Year in the background, that episode was so perfect that still when I remember it a lump forms in my throat or the one in My Ahjussi when IU struggles trough those stairs pushing a cart in order to bring her grandmother to see the moon for a final time. I feel emotional when I write this, this episode is a jewel.

I died when they were preparing the drugs in the movie inside the drama and talking about love issues.

The gay aspect of Bong Hwan developing feels for a person of same-gender bring the worst of societies prejudices in light of oppressive and old fashioned thinking system, that's why was banned in China, because the queen is no longer there, she died in the first place, Bong Hwan must develop feelings on his own for Cheoljong, for the Person Cheoljong, doesn't matter the gender, but, the toxic mandate of masculinity that hovers above the neo Confucian cultures makes that unbearable to tolerate for cultural industry, for me in the other hand I see that as a second chance for him, in another era, to grow up, and feel that belongs to himself not to the constant validation by being a carefree playboy, doesn't matter his current exterior and does not matter not being able to fight his heart desires because society taboos, recognizing what´s about the King traits makes him compelled to fell in love would be a great step in the right direction for Korean dramas. ( But the Chinese in order to put all in their places, and put in check progressive ideas, kill them at the end, ending that is not in the novel ) the "bury your gays" trope. Hope that they don't bring the same approach here.

I’m speechless, First the emotions, ALL of them. Second, the acting, they are delivering great performances, not one, lacks in this aspect, Third, this drama has so far 13 episodes, no one has been boring or flat (How good the connection between the writer, director, actors and crew must be!) . Loving it more and more, the scene with Yong Wha friend and Dah Na was deep and touching, as well this last hug and KSG beg. I guess when I end this drama I'll compile the dialogues in a mini novel and I'll feel the same, laughing and crying, that is the level of excellency this drama have.

I skipped a lot of scenes of IOTNBO exactly because what you say, at the same time the major disapoinment was how the FL went from a unique character full of herself ( in a rare, yet fantastic) to be clingy and dependant, disguising that overused trop as part of her mental issues. The plot twist was so absurd, out of narrative tone of the general drama that at least for me was a really weak point that no one tends to point because the chemistry, the kisses, the trauma and so on, but basically because the fanservice. i didnt hate it, because, is one of the few that mentions sex, and sleep together, ( having sex) like normal, and that for me is a plus.

Flawless. Touching. New. Amazing, nor a second wasted, nor a piece of dialogue out of context, heartwarming. Absolute tenderness and wonder. I can´t believe what this drama makes on me.

¿How come every moment of this drama is so meaningful to me ? I guess, of course in a very different way, i did not feel that since i watched "My ahjussi".
