I really love all the actors involved and I'm sure that this drama will do amazingly, but the editing is so scattered and jumpy it's hard to understand what's going on. They don't portray time skips well or relationships, it makes watching a confusing experience. :(
why isn't he acting anymore ? does anyone know? or is he just taking a break... ?
I know this is old, but there was video footage of him piggybacking her while she was passed out. An unconscious person CANNOT give consent, as evidenced most obviously with the Brock Turner case.
It looks like everybody is slowly figuring out that something is not quite right with their world. I wonder who…
I think as long as she stays a part of Kang Cheol's circle she can continue to exist though... The whole world literally revolves around him. If he or she could find a way to stay apart of his life even if it isn't romantically she could still exist!
this drama was kinda disappointing i expected more because many people said it was amazing everyone hating on…
I highly recommend that you read the webtoon because the drama completely messed up on the second half. They gave a lot of unnecessary screentime to In Ho and actually cut Jung's scenes although he's the main lead. Anyways, I would just go for the webtoon
Man, I don't know. First, Shinkegi no Kyojin and now FMA? Why can't they stop adapting mangas that shouldn't be…
Well they did Rurouni Kenshin right, and even before AOT so I have faith. I'm guessing you haven't seen it, so I suggest you do! It's pretty good and will give you some hope for this one
Personally, i don't have a little bit of problem with the age difference in the drama. It would be hypocritical…
You pretty much put into words all the problems I have with this drama. When the second female lead turned out to be the typical mean spoiled girl I lost all interest in this drama... It all felt too hamfisted to me and I hate it when I can feel the manipulation from drama writers. They're not subtle at all!
Why do so many people like the Queen Dowager??? I'm only on episode 9 but I still hate her. She hasn't actually repented or cared for what she did/does to others, she only cares about herself and her son. I truly don't understand how people can hate Hong Joo but love her...
About the kidnapping case, why did the nurse kill the little girl? I thought she was just a narcissist...
It honestly makes the most sense to kill the girl because she could positively identify her... She knows exactly what she looks like and furthermore, she knows that she was in it alone
I really love love love this drama. The chemistry was off the roof and it avoided SO MANY horrible kdrama cliches. Not to mention I am now in love with Park Seo Joon~ It really is the perfect romcom! I'd say if you're wavering, give it a chance. By the end of the second episode you won't even care about the age gap.
So I'm wondering if I should pick this up again? I watched the two first episodes but I couldn't stand the lead…
Thanks :) I'm gonna try and wait until it's over in case I feel the need to skip scenes (and/or episodes). Until then, I'll just focus on EC and God's Gift.
So I'm wondering if I should pick this up again? I watched the two first episodes but I couldn't stand the lead female AT ALL. (More ignorant than "innocent") Does she get better as the story goes on? Or is the plot good enough to carry it?
Killed my spirit. Nodame was so much more than plain romance and rich guys... Only kdrama I liked that infused friendship perfectly was R97 (not exactly 94), but that kind of take on friendship is veeerrrryyyy different from Nodame's...It's kind of impossible to top :(
why everyone is soooo against it?... I actually wasn't too keen to watch anime and when I tried to watch a drama…
NC is a drama that was special. The live-action was as well dome as the manga, a hard thing to do. The cast was actually GREAT at acting. Korea has a horrible reputation with remakes (esp. Japanese) b/c they don't understand what makes them special in the first place, so they can't recreate the good feelings one has while watching them.
Honestly, they're probably just going to do something like Heartstrings again. So, I guess the point is that there's no actual NEED for a remake when it will pretty much turn out like a typical k-drama (romance, triangles, etc). That's most likely what people are thinking.
And believe me, the j-drama was as good as it gets in terms of manga live-action that retains the essence of the original source.
