I'm working from memory (lasting impression) in the following remark.

'Medical Top Team' introduced me to Joo Ji Hoon. [I was actually following Choi Minho's filmography after watching 'Hwarang.'] Although Ji Hoon was a main character in that series, in my mind he wasn't the star. Kwon Sang Woo was so dominant in that series (the standout character), they gave him the stupid girlfriend to lessen his presence. So in this sense, even though Ji-Hoon has top billing, he was merely one in the ensemble.
