A summer like no other
I think the hardest part of watching Never Ending Summer was waiting for new episodes to drop. I couldn't wait for the series to finish, so I watched it while it was still airing and honestly, I don't regret it one bit.
This drama took me on such an emotional ride. It made me smile, cry, and even get frustrated at times. More than anything, it made me wish I had experienced a summer like the one Lu Xixiao and Zhou Wan shared.
Their story was so beautiful and heartfelt that I couldn't help but get attached to them. The cast did an amazing job bringing these characters to life. They're still young actors, but their performances proved they're more than just pretty faces, they have real talent.
The chemistry between the leads was absolutely insane, and even the second couple was so lovable that I never felt the urge to skip their scenes.
I'm beyond satisfied with Never Ending Summer. It's no surprise that it stayed at No. 1 on iQIYI throughout its run, and I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it continues to be one of the platform's most-loved dramas.
