I’m pretty sure if you scroll down in comments, you'll see people screaming about it. TLDR: Complete reversal of emperor’s character that made ML read Edict to FL cancelling their marriage Edict and making FL marry second male lead. 2ML continued cast doubt in emperor’s mind and screwed up the final battle. That left about seven minutes for the eventual marriage of MC. The chemistry of MC was still there and was wonderful, but the writers lost their mind and I don’t think this was what was in the novel either.
