What was that couples dramatic entrance in ep 37 (Yu Qi and his wife) and MQY twirling in that dress.LMAO MQY screen time in the last 5 eps was tooooo short. Despite all the flaws this drama has i managed to finish it,which is rare considering how many dramas i've dropped after afew eps. But i have to say fisrt Zhou Yi Ran kept me here then the other actors(esses).I think this drama had so much potential but it was wasted and a drama that could be great with interesting characters turned into a cheap production. such a waste of actors. The first 5 eps were full of cringe scenes and it gave the feeling that the director and writer don't know what they want in case of character setting and story telling. Repetitive scenes of bathing in the pool and descending from the sky for the ml. Trying to make the scenes seem mysterious but failing. Bad editing and they established Lingbo's character so badly that i was conflicted about her, was she a ruthless bully as shown in the first eps or just a spoilt child that can tell right from wrong as shown later. They just wanted to create drama for the leads in the first ep and were like whatever. After ep 5 it became a bit better but still not the best. I think if any other actor had played MQY i would have dropped this on ep 3. I really wish ZYR gets to act in a better production. I wasn't a fan of BSE before but i'll watch her other dramas in the future. I think LYR and WP can have a good chemistry.i wish to see them in a wuxia drama as leads. for now i'm officially the hater of this director and scriptwriter.
Except the leads and their friends everyone else seems shady and evil. Who is the main villain? Is it that villains are fighting each other and the leads are trapped between them? I can't figure out Wei Yan. Is he completely evil or is he an anti hero? Is Qi Min one of the Sui brothers? Are the Suis the ruling family? If not why he has the same family name as the emperor? What was the real name of FL family before they adapted the name Fan?
A well written and well directed revenge drama about MQY or an anti hero character like him with ZYR acting would be really interesting to watch. I really want him in a series with blossom's director I don't know if i prefer to see him with a morally gray woman or it's necessary for him to be with someone like CZ so he doesn't go completely crazy(he is crazy i mean crazier). CZ helps him in his quest but she is also that voice of conscience that reminds him he is going too far. Considering how toxic and manipulative he is the only thing that makes their relationship acceptable for me is that CZ is smart, she reads him like a book and she is fierce. If she was abit dumb or the innocent damsel in distress type their dynamic wouldn't work at all and it would be abit disgusting. The only thing i don't like about her charater is her denial about her sect members atrocities.
I thought the box MQY found had that jade flower needed

The out of sync dubbing is one my nerve. More screen time for MQY plsss. I don't want the story to go back to Qingque sect. Just stay somewhere else. The first few eps were so bad i don't want to see Qingyue sect again.
I'm on ep6 and I don't get the fl. She refuses to call her father, father even in private thinking it's inappropriate. So it shows that she is very conscious of her situation, social level and also the society norms and rules. But when she is in ml's body she treats Haerim so casually like someone that has no idea of society's norms, specially between women and men. She suddenly wants to act like besties with Haerim. It's so annoying that the writers want to create obstacles like this. It feels forced. I really didn't like the soul switching eps. Ml in fl body was abit annoying.but fl in ml body was unbearable. The other eps were better tbh. And her father acts so rightous and good, but if you are a good person why have relationship with a slave and make a baby that is treated like an animal in the society? It's actually very selfish. He could have atleast pass her as the official wife's child.
Qian xueshen died like that? That was a waste of character. I'm really enjoying MQY.the mystery and MQY are keeping me here.:D CZ is also a likable character.

Ep.4 at 9:55 how did they filmed this and thought it's good enough for the final cut. Falling from the dark sky into a brightly lit shed without a roof. If you want us to believe they fell from the sky at least put some effort into it. The dubbing is out of sync. And their training uniform looks horrible.it looks like blankets straped together or an apron.
