I was speaking from a point of asexuality. Asexuals don't react like that when they see the one they are dating taking off their shirt. I didn't mean that means they want to have sex with them. I meant that they don't really think about it. Specially when it's someone they say they love. Kawi was hesitant and scared in my opinion too.

Max also said it's a good way to find yourself. This can also mean finding out whether he likes it or not. I have said this in a comment before, the asexuals I have seen have found out they were asexuals after experiencing it. So I don't think that talk was acephobic at all. But it could have mentioned existence of asexuals. But just my opinion I guess.

Kawi was hung up on Pear because he thought that would solve all his issues. He suffered from inferiority complex, was an introvert and never gave himself the chance to think beyond Pear. He always thought low of himself. That is not asexuality imo. Not to mention, he seemed pretty chuffed and interested when that random girl was hitting on him in the bar. And he initiated the kisses twice with Pisaeng. Under the influence, he was bold enough to act, but without liquid courage, he is very shy, scared and hesitant.

While it might have been better if Max acknowledged asexuality, I think it was far from acephobia. That was very specific to Kawi and was not directed at others. Kawi is hesitant to take that step into the relationship. He is scared even if he says he's not. Hence all the theme park metaphors. Being scared of being physically intimate in any 1st relationship is in fact a valid concern for many but doesn't necessarily mean they are asexual. Asexuals I have seen definitely don't react like that when they see a person taking of their clothes or when the other person tries to kiss them. The asexuals I have seen so far are simply not bothered by these things. They still get intimate with people, have low drive, but they don't react strongly and try to actively avoid it like that.

And Kawi seemed to have no such issue when he was getting close to Pear. So I believe it is him stressing about stepping out of his comfort zone and opening up to another person in that way. If you seen episode 4, he was very interested when the girl in the bar was touching him and dancing with him. He was ready if it was not for Pisaeng dragging him away.

I feel like something might happen which will force Kawi to move back to his own place. It seems like Kawi doesn't have his own career or just not a big career and is taking care of Pisaeng mostly and Pisaeng is the one working. But that means if something happens and Kawi has to move back, he is poor again which would explain him eating in his room with no electricity and his face looks like he is on verge of crying. Maybe I am overthinking but hope it's all happy things 😭😭

Isn't there the scene that Kawi sits in his room with no electricity and a candle lit, eating. I guess he moved in with Pisaeng but something happened to Pisaeng so he had to move back to his place? 😤😭

I don't think Max was virgin shaming. He spoke about his experience and he said did you think you would be holding hands everyday and that Pisaeng might not be on the same page. What I gathered from Max's talk was Kawi needs to think about this from both perspective (as in both his and Pisaeng's). And I suppose when Kawi was pursuing Pear, he didn't give any indication of being asexual so Max knew he was not. Just my opinion.

I don't think Kawi is asexual. He just didn't want to get out of his comfort zone. They metaphored it by talking about Kawi going to a theme park and not trying the ride. He is hesitant, he thinks he won't enjoy it but he wouldn't know unless he tries it. I know people have different experiences but all asexuals I know realised they are asexuals after trying it. So imo, Kawi just didn't know how to proceed with this aspect of the relationship.

I don't think it was evident that those scenes are not his favorite. We don't know that. But as a drunk kiss those had to be passionate. And as a non-drunk kiss this had to be more careful and hesitant. It doesn't say anything about what scenes actors like or don't like 🤷‍♀️

I think the kiss was deliberate too. As in, the other times they were drunk but this is Kawi's first time not drunk and he knows what is to follow. You can see him breathe hard. So the hesitant kiss was appropriate for that scene imo. But obviously I want to be kissing like lovers do soon too 😏

Not to mention Pisaeng did drink before that scene too. They didn't show him chugging cans of course nor was he drunk like Kawi but he was not 100% sober either. He maintained constant eye contact during 2nd kiss - for which the distance was again closed by Kawi himself when Pisaeng moved to towards him. For later scenes too up until Kawi was conscious, they maintained eye contact. When Pisaeng realised Kawi was no longer conscious, he stopped. There was no assault whatsoever! In EP 4 we have seen Kawi stopping Pisaeng from kissing him, in which case Kawi was drunk too and Pisaeng had a few drinks. So it's not like everytime Kawi drinks he loses sense. He was able to have a coherent conversation with Pisaeng after drinking about his feelings. Kawi was in his senses, initiated the kiss, kissed back with passion when Pisaeng him 2nd time and was awake, making eye contact with Pisaeng until he fell asleep at which point Pisaeng stopped. The user is just nitpicking stuff to rant about like they have been doing for every episode.

Funny enough - this user rated KinnPorsche a 9 - which had a lot of toxic tropes and controversial NC scenes which raised questions about consent. So this should tell people what their intentions were coming to this series specifically and constantly shit on it 🤷‍♀️

Because this was Kawi's beginning of alcoholic phase. He would get drunk and kiss Pisaeng often. In that scene too, the first kiss was initiated by the drunk Kawi. They wanted to show the decision to drunk kissing the other lead was not good for either of them. Eventually leading one ML to decide to quit drinking and then stopping future drunk kisses.

Yes he was drunk but the other character was not 100% sober either. So yea, not really applicable in this scenario. There have been many who has seen the scene, sexual assault is not the case here.

They have been making comments about all episodes like that. People have different perspectives I guess but they seemed hell bent on proving that their opinion is right. Anyone who has seen the scene can decide for themselves and if they don't like it they can drop it!

PS - the user dropping this because of "sexual assault", rated KinnPorsche 9. Nothing against KinnPorsche (not my kind of show) but if you have seen the show then you'll know why that is such an irony. And that should also tell you about the intent of the user targeting BMF.

Oh yea but even if artists know they still need to carry on with the job even if it upsets them seeing only a few people. It's one thing to know the numbers but when performing and actually seeing the audience in front of them, I believe it's harder. Yea fans are looking forward to Indonesia concert and Japan concert now!
