Charming leads and stunning fantasy visuals.
I started watching Moonlit Reunion mainly because of the leads, Xu Kai and Tian Xi Wei. It’s one of Tencent’s most anticipated dramas and with such a handsome actor and a beautiful actress, I was really excited to watch. The drama didn’t disappoint at first. The drama-setting , costume are great, the leads have good chemistry and their scenes together are a joy to watch.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the storyline and the ending, Some parts felt slow, while others felt rushed which made the ending feel unsatisfying.
Despite this, the visuals are beautiful, the fantasy world is engaging and the leads did a great job bringing their characters to life and definitely worth watching.

A fantastic drama that hooked me from start to finish.
Fated Hearts is an absolute standout among 2025 Chinese dramas. The story moves fast, keeps me on my toes and never feels boring. The production is gorgeous, stunning sets, beautiful costumes and fight scenes that are seriously cool. The ML and FL totally nailed their roles, strong, smart and so relatable.
Their chemistry is perfect and the enemy to lover storyline actually feels real not rushed. The supporting cast is also amazing and adds so much depth to the story.
The plot itself is fantastic, full of palace politics, clever twists and the perfect mix of tension and emotional moments. I especially loved the bond between the Feng siblings which is so pure and heartwarming.
Despite being sooooo good, I do have a few tiny complaints but honestly, they didn’t bother me that much. The BGM is sometimes too loud, the ML’s makeup is a bit heavy, thankfully he’s super handsome, otherwise it might look weird. A few camera angles especially during the kiss scenes felt off. With such beautiful actors, a better angle could have made it even more stunning.
All in all, this is hands down the best drama I’ve watched this year.
I overlooked all the minor flaws and just enjoyed the show until the very end. I’ll definitely rewatch it sometime soon, I feel like I didn’t catch all the details the first time because I kept getting distracted by how handsome the ML is… and also that manly voice lol.

Lighthearted fantasy and adorable drama.
I really enjoyed When Destiny Brings the Demon much more than I expected. The female lead is so relatable and absolutely adorable, she brings such a natural charm that makes the whole story fun and easy to follow.
She’s witty, warm and full of little quirks that make her feel refreshing as a xianxia heroine.
The chemistry between the leads is definitely one of the biggest highlights, they’re super cute together and their dynamic really carries the drama.
I also liked how the show balanced humor with romance while wrapping it all in beautiful visuals and an OST that perfectly fits the fantasy atmosphere.
As for Chen Feiyu, he does come across a little stiff at times but I feel it has more to do with his character’s personality and background than his acting, so I was able to accept it as part of the role.
If you’re someone who enjoys romance-driven xianxia, transmigration plots and fated love stories with a mix of sweetness and comedy, I would definitely recommend giving this one a try.
