I've noticed something while watching Korean BLs, the way the movie is directed and shown to the viewers feels weird. It's like there's chemistry between the two leads but there's also something stopping them from being fully invested. I've seen better chemistry between two guys in a straight kdrama than I've seen in BLs. But that's just my two cents.

I avoided historical dramas for years because of this particular drama. I still have PTSD but I'm getting over it day by day lol.
Also, Yeo Jin Gu's acting in this drama was amazing. I bawled my eyes out a lot while watching it. Would still 100% recommend.
