I just watched episode 11 and i have a lot of questions. So their plan was to create a juvenile spirit who would give them wealth and those sort of things, then why did they suddenly decide to kill Hyangi? And then make her into an evil spirit who eventually ended up giving them wealth when that was the whole point of killing Mokdan and creating a juvenile spirit. Was it all planned? That is killing both sisters or was it just a weird concidence. Also, why would the head of the hair pin be the last item but not the remaining part of it??
It’s kind of like showing that this ghost is evil and powerful and manipulative but it cannot mind control.…
We know the evil spirit is powerful, we've been shown what it can do. But letting the evil spirit directly know about all their future plans is definitely not helping them. Also, is the evil spirit not technically controlling her mind when it takes control of her body. For the duration the evil spirit takes control of her body, it controls everything else about her that's why she cannot recall the things that happen while the evil spirit was in control.
It seems kind of counterproductive to carry along the person who is possessed by an evil spirit while also trying to get rid of said evil spirit, especially when you know that the person can't do anything to prevent the possession. Its like playing a game and letting your opponent know your next move before playing it.
I'm not particularly a fan of slow burn romance dramas or books but this show changed my mind. It was so easy to watch and get lost in it. I enjoyed it immensely. Although the FL's sister and best friend's relationship felt rushed but all in all it was really good.
Nice show but whoever does the Netflix Korean subtitles kind of sucks at it. The subtitles are supposed to rhyme with the foreign language not the dubbed language.
I've been dragging my feet about watching this drama and for good reason. The drama is not just doing anything for me. I think the relationship they had was really toxic, plain and simple. Most of the issues they had would have been solved with communication but the ML is constantly running away and avoiding things and FL acts like she's indifferent to whatever misunderstanding that has happened while also waiting for the ML to bring it up or apologise first. I'm just over such depictions of relationships in kdrama because more often than not the characters are always adults but act like kids. Maybe that's why I've been watching and stopping this drama for like a year.
Honestly i dont get why people don't like the FL. She had certain things she liked and it's not just going to change overnight because she moved to a different place. Sure she bad mouthed them but they were doing the same thing and chalking it all up to "harmless gossip". Or did they want her to pretend?? Most people here have a problem with the FL but not the ML when he was overstepping the boundaries of a person he barely knows.
The Superintendent is so fucking weird. She called DB to help check people's memories and then when he tells that the memory has been deleted, she starts suspecting him. Same way she accused him falsely in episode 3.
Edit: This drama does technically get better from episode 5 or so but then i start to wonder if they ever save anyone.
This drama was everything. I did not think it would be so scary. Literally couldn't watch it at night but it was also really interesting. It did not drag at any point and the actors were awesome too. I wish we get more kdramas like this.
It's a really good series and i also don't agree with the people saying that it glorifies alcoholism or drinking. Every country or culture has a tradition that makes other people who are not familiar with such tradition think it's bad or barbaric. Besides, if you've been watching kdramas you would know that they have a drinking culture. At work meetings, funerals, weddings, break ups even little celebrations, there's always alcohol
Now to the drama itself, it was fun to watch but So Hee really pissed me, like if you're going to sleep with your work colleague don't bring that personal drama to the work place, its tasteless. Just making other persons uncomfortable.
I got You are a victim! (1/3) The first victim is always something special to a killer. Maybe you got killed for revenge, by accident or by some sadist that wanted to see you suffer. Either way not a fun way to go. You might kick start a characters backstory or are the key to the mystery, good on you!
