The story of an immensely popular opera singer; alias Begonia , who is set to avenge her foster brother, murdered ruthlessly by an anonymous person from the marshals/army commando's family. She is willing to go to any extent for her revenge and so started dating marshal's less favoured, most likely illegitimate son . I specifically liked her character for the way she tackles all the mess around her so calmly ( like I will dump you in hell without messing a single strand of my hair) her extreme intelligence, charm and manipulative ways made her stand out the most from all FL of her league ...and what was more impressive , She did this all single handedly without ML help. bravo !!! ML was equally impressive ..his chemist with FL was amazing.. the story was extremely FL centric yet his acting did the job to leave an lasting impact on viewers mind.

Moreover The plot displays the pre- independence era when the army and its personnel were equivalent to god, if not less. Demonstrating the struggles of the common people and the atrocities inflicted on them by the army under the name of law and rule. Throwing light on The compromising status of women and entertainment artists in that society. Story touches upon sensitive subjects like opium addiction/withdrawal struggles and the harrasment transgenders used to face.

On the whole it was a moderate to good drama which you can watch just for a change to your regular favourites
