Male actors actually reach a point of fane and fanbase that they will only ever starr in such dramas where they are the sole focus ....like Luo Yunxi's current drama, Cheng Yi's drama, Xiao Zhan, Yang Yang.....that's how it usually goes.

But realistically....this is a male centric drama....not romance....its centered around one person....she was never going to be a prominent figure here.

This is insane. So Gong Jun works hard, gets his spot at the top.. now he has to ensure that all the people who didnt 'get the opportunities' he did feel good?


Mind you 'the opportunities he got' was Word of Honor....the actual lowest budget show ever, no sponsors, no pushes, mediocre management too. He worked on that role, got his hit and achieved A-List status...He wasn't anyone's nepo baby or fave either...he took that role that no one wanted cause there was very little pay and a lot of risk.




Now cause that was a success every bum wants him to be so grateful and kill himself thanking them for the success by molding himself into whatever their standards are. Every time its the same shit 'blabla many others are homeless so he should be grateful and do what i like'....'blablabla'







All this work was approved by the producers, the directors and the investors. They okayed him. They told him how to do it and they passed it. They gave him the script!
