The first 4 episodes have been amusing, I like that the female lead is strong. I do wish I had waited. The time between each episode is a week and then it takes 5-6 days to watch it with subs... makes it a little annoying.

Ahhh.... I wish my VPN doesn't work so I could get onto KBS World. I tried to change my region to 10 different countries. What's crazy is I live in Seoul, so I can watch the dramas live here. My Korean is at a baby level so I need the subs.
Having watched both subbed ver from KBS World (which I'm usually watch them from) & VIU (if I missed KBS World…
SO .... After seeing some of the subs at the start of Ep 11 on VIKI today. I was shocked by the word choices in the hospital room with the little girl. Google translate was far more clear. I think the first person working on the subs is still a newbie and a bit weak in the nuances of Korean. The whole thing will remain a bit wonky until the editors on Viki can look it over, that doesn't happen until the subs are done. All the illegal sites upload it way before that happens.

SERIOUSLY... I agree the quality of the subs makes such a massive difference. KOCOWA usually gets them first in North America. Illegal bootleg websites will take them from the first place they can grab them, then they get cycled around. It never a about quality but speed. Viki gets the raw dramas from Kocowa after and then self-subs. Viu covers several different markets than Kocowa and Viki so they will have their own subs.
KOCOWA and VIU have professional subbers, they usually have them up first, but there are many aspects of the cultural context omitted. I usually prefer VIKI subs, but they take longer.
I am curious about KBS world. I was never able to access it for some reason in the US, it doesn't seem to work for me here in Korea.
If you look through all of the published information the network hasn't stated the total length the of series. I think the number of EP is being raised as the current schedule for the TV network is released on the website. I would suspect it will be closer to 8-12 total.
It's only being subbed on Viki by volunteers . When dramas are subbed on VIU or KOCOWA they use a paid staff members, which is why they usually come out much faster.
I'm enjoying this drama. It was a bit fluffy in the beginning, the story has some substance now. I'm curious what level of relationship the leads (and supporting relationships) will have in the end.
I was expecting this based on the severity of the situation and no expected end date in sight. All the working parts of filming a project in this industry can be extremely complex. Peoples health matter most. I really hope we don't see the same with Korea.
