I didn't follow the news about drama since recently Chinese dramas often start airing out of the blue. It's indeed unwise of them to mislead people like that, but it doesn't mean drama itself is not attention worthy. Of cause people just express their love for their favorite actor, but I think it's becoming a little exaggerated. Personally I value plot and overall quality over actors. It's a sad situation than good dramas are overlooked or even left to gather dust because lead actors are lacking in popularity.

I didn't watch Untamed and don't know anything about Xiao Zhan. I will watch Joy of Life because I like original novel and it has a good plot. It is upsetting that most comments here not about drama itself.

At least they didn't just rip off youtube subs and place it on their site. But hotpot claim that they have licenses looks dubious. Some dramas seemed uploaded directly and I am not sure who's subs were used. Hotpot looks just like aggregator site. Are there original translations at all?
