Watched for BigPark, Stayed for Tailah and Janjak
First time that I watched this it was airing. I really enjoyed it and now that I am rewatching it I feel the same. Honestly my rating has dropped but the story and the series will stay one of my favourites. Sadly, I feel like it could've had more to offer. I really enjoyed the very original plot and if there's one thing I care about, it has to be an original plot.
The BigPark situation is soooo confusing right now. I don't even know what to believe at this point but ever since Me and Who everything has been soo silent. I don't wanna agree or disagree with the situation but I do have to admit that it takes me a bit back from BigPark. Actually, Aside from the drama, I think both are extremely talented actors. The first time I saw Big I was sooo shocked and immediately like obsessed. One of the things I love about Park is how he can portray being confused. Like it feels like bro was forgetting the script all the time (this is a joke).
I forgot KengNamping played in this and I was sooooo shocked. The way Khemjira hadn't even ended when Me and Who started airing hahhaha. I loveee KengNamping and they're one of my fav dmd couples. Honestly when watching it I had to recheck if BigPark weren't in Dmd. KengNamping were suchhhhh cuties in this series and honestly, they deserved more scene's. The amount of times I have watched Pu Montree be the evil dad is sooo funny, or at least, every time I see his face it reminds me of his evil roles. Nu Surasak is always the more supportive dad omg.
As for the plot, I think it's amazingggg. I love how Phopthorn suddenly has to act as Apo rather than usual switching universe characters. There were just a few things that made me quite wary, I'm blaming the production. First off, at some point everyone forgot about Apo's real personality and seemed to ignore Phopthorn real personality showing. No one cared about the manner's or the language he used. I feel like they should have slowed down with it at some point but it got a bit confusing. After episode 10 I just couldn't help but wonder what happened to the real Apo and who his new love interest was.
And with that reason, I have to admit that this deserves a second season. The plot has so many potentials for a second season or shared universe. I think there could be one where the real Apo wakes up in Phopthorn's world and we get to see his POV. Or maybe more of the side characters and then specifically Tailah and Janjak. I feel sad knowing BigPark has been a mess for quite some time, thinking we might not get another series of them. I feel like the potential is wasted of Me and Who if we don't get the view from the real Apo. Sorry not sorry.
Why did I lower my rating from a 10/10 to a 8/10? To me the side characters were so much more important rather than Apo and Suriya. Everything Apo says before knowing Suriya can mind read is sooo embarrassing. Especially if you've already watched the series before. The amount of embarrassment I got from them was on a different level. The worst part must've been that tomato costume. The outfit can't be worse than that tomato suit. I am sooo thankful of Suriya stopping Apo from using ai thank god. I just think Tailah and Janjak were cuter. Their arguments were deeper than the SuriyaApo once. I cared much more about them and when I found out who the 0 and the 1 were I was quite surprised. JengPan would be an amazing pair honestly, but I doubt they'll ever become one. I love Jeng in be my player two and seen him in many other roles but meanwhile Pan is quite hidden yet. Just give Pan more roles he is really talented!!
Overall I love this series. Everything was adorable and I think it's still in my favs list!! My rating dropping has my own reasons but I do really suggest watching. If you don't like BigPark then watch it just like me for JengPan.
Old review: I've watched this 2 times now, the first time was during airing. I really like this series, although, I'm kinda done with the 'reality switching after accident' genre. I really like how they made this creative, with Suriya being able to read minds. I also really like how Suriya's feelings for Apo developed.Personally, I like the actors, I'm a big fan of them and I really like their bl's, I really hope they'll become the main in more bl's!!
One of the things I disliked about this Bl is that the story went from place to place. At first he woke up and he acted wayyy to respectful, then he figures which body he's in and tries to act as sassy as he did before and then that whole part just.. get's forgotten? And what happened in his other life? I wish we saw at least a bit about it and now just a small description...
THE SIDE COUPLE OMG, I loved them so muchhh, they gen were the reason why I liked this bl so much, I just wished they had sooo much more scene's but that's of course just my opinion!!
