Yeah, but DS is not a bad guy. Actually, he is a good guy who wants to do good deeds and doesn’t wish harm on others. The problem is his approach. He doesn’t seem to try to put himself in others’ shoes but rather he tends to do things his way and on his terms. Also he reacts rather than acts hence his judgements are often clouded by his emotions and his actions are not well thought out.
Take this controversial example, when DM asks for her space, instead of respecting her wish and doing exactly what she asks for, he’s following her around, forcing his presence on her. Yes his heart might be in the right place, but I don’t think it justifies his action in this case. It may seem romantic to some - nothing wrong with that, but to many others, it's clingy, needy and disrespectful.
Good intentions don’t always justify bad actions. Despite the fact that you want the best for someone, you could end up causing them a lot of harm.
just unpopular opinion.. NDS behavior to SST investor was very unprofessional.. i get it when it was with HJP…
It's not only about professionalism. The way I look at it? There are people who want things to be on their terms, and their terms only - they, like DS in this case, put their feelings and needs first and more often than not disregard others' though they may not even realise they're doing so. That's a no-no in any kind of relationship, work or non-work. And a big turn-off.
This was a response to ItsV but it's so long I just decided to submit it as a general comment.Even if we focus…
On second thought, do you think maybe they let NDS fall just to rise and shine in the next episodes, like they've been fooling us in order to amplify the effect when that happens which means NDS is still the lead?

Thanks for this! Your analysis actually makes a lot of sense. I guess even until the end we might never know whether all the confusion (and heartache lol) they have caused us are the writers' intention or the writer(s) are confused themselves and lost their way as the story goes. Anyway, like I said in my previous comment, HJP serves as the backbone of Start-Up as he binds pretty much everyone and everything together so yes I am with you on this one, he does appear to be the most important character.
UK debates between party leaders are just as fierce and it's not unusual to see them being at each other's throat…
Haha that sounds like fun. I can't help picturing the famous head bobble. I absolutely love it! Still rememeber the first time it confused me like no other when I was delivering a training to my Indian colleagues, I kept asking if they understood what I said and they kept giving me the head bobbles. I was like gosh they meant NO, was I that bad lol
Is it possible that the reason NJH/NDS was and is promoted as the lead is because he's more popular than KSH?…
Also, what matters more, as we all see, is HJP serves as the backbone of Start-Up, he connects pretty much everyone and everything happening in this drama. A picture is worth a thousand words, not sure if you have seen it already but check it out, we HJP fans will be very happy :)

My two cents is that if we put aside the love stories and look at it from a 'start-up' angle, it makes sense to promote Suzy and NJH together because basically they are both in a start-up journey to become CEOs - so they're the leads in that sense. But somehow it's turned into a rom-com with little focus on the business aspect, we're just too caught up in the love triangle to see that.
I saw someone mentioned the Start-up crew has wrapped up filming today except NJH and Suzy as they have some more…
Too many people in the pic, I can't tell if Yoo Su Bin's in there. Uhm, do you think someone might have spread the news deliberately? If so, that's not a nice move.
