this series is a solid 8/10 drama it’s good but when is part 2

firsly the FL adoptive mother is obsessive and annoying obviously the FML would have reconciled with her parents but she didn’t even try to look for her parents she just wants to keep her to herself, the most annoying of them all is the Mother in law she and the FL brother indirectly caused jiang qi’s death.

yeah his with his screen time they couldve used it to build real and cordial love between fugui and qingtong maybe even get married but no we had to watch QC

changed my ratings real quick this is a solid 7.5/10 drama the romance is ragebait. a lot of things were not adding up at the end they used the power of love to defeat the grief tree but didn’t the grief tree say that as long as there is hate she can never die why make such an undead villian like that, wangquan fuggui was able to kill the grief tree alone but hongye and his avengers team couldn’t?? he was even struggling to defeat his dad in his prime( when the grief tree took his form). ahh good grief the story was not it but the acting was great

i feel like it’s a high time that handsome fei has his own love interest

suddenly the side characters remained the main lead and our ML just retired

if QT defeats the black tree then isn’t the story line a joke because WT hell i hope they don’t end it like that, the storyline was soo consistent in the beginning just for the side plots to takeover

this QC guy is fricking annoying, his face bothers me every time he’s on the screen his makeup even makes him more annoying. why is the story going no where after many filler episodes they could have used to show us how strong fuggui’s live is for qingtong they decided to use the remaing nine/7 episodes( because it seems that fuggui is lost for almost 2 episodes) are we not gonna see them meet in the modern world or what

this is unrelated but like am i the only one who wants to see like a mixed raced type of romance like for example the ML/Fl falls in love with POC it would be nice ti even see it in a historical drama. but were there any POC in ancient china? i really dk

and can i say that the villians in this series FOX SPIRIT MATCHMAKER( all of the series 1,2&3) the main villian is really good because one way or the other she ends up killing them and somehow find a way to comeback and distrupt their lives

so fuggui doesn’t like qingtong?, but he treats her soo different from his female friends so he definitely is attracted to qingtong but if he doesnt feel that way then it must be a one sided love story. and i heard they reunited in the modern world but are they gonna show it or nah?

this plot is like just let me say kind of stupid i dont know the marriage plot with the corpse is a bad idea honestly it’s making me not want to watch FL is not my cup of tea but why does she have to lie though she could’ve just married the brother and get whatever she wanted but the writers decieded to make the story like this 🫠 i dont know what to say but i cried for the brothers

sorry but i don’t think y’all should blame the father i blame both parents idc what y’all say, it was huai zhu that brought the idea of making their son a soldier or them making soldiers it was huaizhu’s plan and the father simply followed it why? you might ask maybe because he loved his wife and simply wanted to follow her wish. don’t we all know hongye he was kind hearted and also playful and funny huai zhu was the opposite she was strict but also kindhearted too. alot of you guys say that if his mother was alive things might have changed but sorry to tell you it might not have changed either because imagine being the only survivors while your watchkng your close and bestest friends die in the hands of enemy and also knowing the the enemy might come back, knowing huai zhu character she might have even been the worse. while i don’t support the emotional abuse and everything he did i also kind of understand the villian/ their era is actually a tough time to live in with a never ending demon/evil lurking around.
