I have my own theory on this, the real tang yi xun and ye hai tang in 2026 had a sad love story i think that is what the next episodes are gonna be about, so the kids of both leads( old version) will make a decision to change the past and tell the ye hai tang and tang yi xun spoilers about their future That is if this drama is a parallel world or time travel kinda thing

but the way he shows it is really obsessive and obsessiveness can also lead to him hurting the FL he might not have physically hurt the FL he emotionally did, the FL thinking they were best friends would have never thought that the SML is one of the reasons why the fire happened 18 years ago, I dunno why no one thought to notice that the SML in the drama is way older than her which was weird, he’s basically several years older than her and for him to actually have had a crush on her since young doesn’t sit right with me, and no no one should say they were young no they weren’t the SML was basically an adult when he caused the fire and just turned into a paper to infiltrate revive the demon infant they met when she was around 8-10 years old that is not normal.

but it’s also not his fault tho he didn’t know that she was a demon likewise for both of them but it was a misunderstanding on the chance palace for thinking tha all demon are evil and wicked ML doesn’t really kill demons for no reason too. all they needed to do was to talk about it since they both suspect each other( ik it is not that easy) after all it is a drama, the FL is the one who also wanted a divorce and it was the ML fault too for not choosing quickly when she gave him a choice but I don’t blame him too there was no evidence, after they talked the tension quiet down.

why do people hate this drama I keep hearing people saying that they liked the villain. personally I enjoyed both leads relationships and quite the opposite for the villain. I only watched cause of the Male lead

why are they acting stupid in episode 33 preview lol, this SML is always plotting too bad I liked his character at the beginning but now he’s unforgivable what’s with writers and obsessive SML’s I haven’t been this much annoyed by a SML since love of nirvana era that guy was insufferable always wanting to control and manipulate the FL’s

oh thank god I watched the trailer I now understand, the 2026 version of our leads had a sad ending meaning they didn’t fulfill their love story, ML ended up going to jail and they built a new life without each other. so their kids will help them by sending letters through the mail box so that they can have a happy ending. this is just what I was able to gather from the trailer
