I finally got past episode 1 after struggling to and I was left disappointed at the end of the day there was nothing wrong with the ml acting intact I would say that he’s improved idk about the fl because I don’t watch her dramas. just when I was starting to like the ml and the fl acting the backstory was a turn off I thought the ml was gonna be cold like lost feelings type of thing when I saw the fl mother eyebrows I’d already known what I was getting into. just when the story was building up nicely at the first episodes the backstory made me quit and why they separated for 10 years. I hope both leads get better projects but this is a miss for me after trying to give it a chance

from the trailer I feel like the prosecutor really murdered that man and there's no way he didn't know that he's being watched or listened to. the suspense in this drama is soo good. and I feel like all this is a setup by Bai Jing ting's character, there's no way he doesn't have a grudge on his. I like the female prosecutor she thinks realistically in the drama, because I'm having the same doubts as her

okay I've started watching it now,but did anyone notice that the cloth that she wore in the beginning the pink one while watching the cinema is also the one she wore where they showed the tree growing old, like when both leads walked by each other without them turning back?. doesn't that mean that it's like when they first met or that was the cloth she wore when she died. ( I feel like I'm just being delulu

yeah I love the bgm it matches the mood of the drama most of the time. we are only seeing the comedy parts we haven't seen the traumatic side of the story yet

and also Chu guihong reason for hating nan heng is not even making any sense chu guihong is a bad friend how could he believe that her aunt died because of him. nobody understood that nan heng also lost his mother and they all blamed him for the death of the empress. I really dislike the Chu guihong character and also the king there are 3 bad characters here even though we haven't known the main villain, nan rui - a bad brother chu guihong- bad friend and a bad general , father- spineless, jealous, and everything that can be called bad

just like I said before FL isn't someone that's really smart and she's judgemental and to further prove my words too at the beginning when nan Feng assistant or agent was speaking for him she had already come into conclusion based on what she just saw or heard. maybe that was what happened when she was reading the script because she saw that he was a terrible person in the script she had already come into conclusion about everything even after knowing his past too and she already knows that some of the script is changing, in today's episode I like how the ML asked her if she had ever try to understand him, even after saying that she still didn't think and a lil bit presumptuous about his character while she also knows that in the world she's in things aren't always how it seems to be even nan heng told her. I like her character overall only how judgy and holding prejudice against people is the flaw in her character and I know we are still at the beginning of the story and we are going to see the character development I'm just saying what I think y'all shouldn't come for me like yesterday 😭.

I don't think of her as another person he acting and face from Bai Lu is really different like I said in the first episode only she reminded me soo much of Bai Lu that's all she doesn't fully look like Bai Lu and that doesn't also take away that both actresses are great on their own I'm a fan of Bai Lu and this is my second time watching this actress drama
