I enjoyed this drama at the start because of ML actor. It is really fun to see him progress.
He was in some of my favorite dramas My Mister and My Roommate is a Gumiho.... I really remember his (small but crucial) role in MM, he was excellent; and in MRIAG he was the ML but did not act too much -

and now he is ML of a very complex nature in a "major drama" and he is acting it very well. So just for that, the drama was worth it. I am looking forward to his next project.

The script could be a lot better for this drama. The discrepancy between ML and FL is too much. She is too immature, weak, insecure, scared, and slimey. He is also immature, saving his mom and not able to translate his business skills to his love life and nail people down to tell the truth. The drama is for young ppl, they are both "beginners" and the issue up front is hormones LOL Also, FL in this drama is a dumb loser, she is not very discerning or smart, to be blunt about it, which drags the overall quality down.

It is possible to create a great drama with immature people and/or misunderstandings.. I am watching Nice to Not Meet You and it is also two immature people in misunderstandings, but somehow it is a lot deeper bc their connection and interaction is on much deeper level, and both ML and FL are smart and competent adults who understand very well what is going on - well, everything except dating, where they are both clueless beginners LOL - so the plot is more complex and is very hilarious. That drama is excellent in every way - script, camera, music, acting, etc. It also started with ML a little too wild but got on the super good track by ep ... 4? And every episode is better and better.

Hm, does not make sense.
What makes sense to me is that he comes out and says hey, melomaster is me, my friend went to that date because .... ---- at this point, he has to tell the truth but perhaps skip for right now that he was two-timing Onion Lady and Reporter Wi... and say something like ---- my friend went bc I had to be careful bc I am so famous and then my friend messed up and did not follow my instructions...

Something like that. Bc he has to TELL her that he was melomaster. Telling her that is unavoidable and the only thing that can clear the confusion and make the drama move forward

Not telling her creates several episodes about the confusion :)

There are other better ways to create the plot
and there are other better ways to do the misunderstanding part. So many ppl offered their ideas

her confessing under a gun is not going to help th situation at all. She is still the same slimey liar, just caught lying.

Easy peasy!!! since this is your savior, you should feel touched and share more. BC YOU ALREADY KNOW HE IS ON YOUR SIDE. He would let her work, if not that team, then somewhere else in the company or elsewhere

oh yeah you are right, thank you for reminding us. I totally forgot about that. Sorry this drama is kinda boring and I am not into it. I dont remember much o it bc it was just not ... well done. I better find something else to watch

Hello be real. JH saved DR from loan sharks as they were going to cut her for organs. He paid off all her debt. ANd you still think she could not tell him then???

As for asking about her husband - well he has to somehow ask He has to find out **who** she is. Is she a cheater? swinger? open relationship person? what is going on..... why is she chasing him as a married woman??
HE HAS TO BE SMART AND ASK IN A SMART WAY, for example - is it ok if a husband cheats? does she tolerate cheating husband? etc Then he can jokingly reprimand her when she is chasing him.... and ask her why.
THERE IS ALWAYS A WAY TO FIND OUT WHAT YOU WANT....
He as a chaebol can also pay someone to spy on them a little bit

I think @sachapz is right, married brings her more chances to get the job. I am not sure how/why the single mom was hired. Why dont you check for all of us if indeed one mom is single?

Oh he can do something about it. He can have an honest talk with her and ask her why is she chasing him while married and why is her husband kissing around, what kind of marriage is she in. He can ask all this in a roundabout / polite way. He was close to her in so many dire situations where honestly sharing would be appropriate

Ok then let me clarify what I meant - toxic, self serving, possessive feelings/behavior is not love. It is just some toxic, self serving, possessive mental mastrurbation.
Sure he is MENTALLY toying with the idea of being with her, but he never made one single move to make it happen - he does not feel enough attraction to her and is not eagerly moving forward.

he is just used to her and comfortable and wants to keep her for his comfort. THat is all. It is NOT love.

The only real way for the plot to move is that FL and ML talk honestly and she tell him she was lying.
FL is mentally off 3-yr old... so ... I do not see how she is gonna grow up in 6 episodes to the point of BEING ABLE to have an honest, grown up converstation

2ML actor is very cute but he cannot act. 2ML showed he has a potential to love and crat a happy wife, but he turned into a very cowardly, selfish liar too, and has not changed one bit yet, so .... the drama is just stalling

ML, as someone said, is ptsd-ed by now, his brain not able to keep his hormones under control, and and his angst about being like his father and having an affair - which he IS having, emotionally, ... and also saving the FL from .. let's just count ep 8, ok? Falling, breaking a heel twice, breating a plate, breatking a cup and getting cut on it, dropping boxes, ... what else?
He paid her entire debt... saved her life when loan sharks wantd to cut her up.. Saved her life in forest when she fell and rolled off... DOES SHE EVER GET UP WITHOUT FALLING???

the next 6 episodes have to move the action forward but how... ???? FL is still 3 yrs old and ML is about 15 yrs old...

FL is mentally off 3-yr old... so ... I do not see how she is gonna grow up in 6 episodes to the point of BEING ABLE to have a grown up converstation, an honest conversation

FL still has to grow up, that will take 10000 episodes.... she is so pathetic, 3 yr old... And ML has some growing up to do too
