It is SUPER COMMON that the woman gets kicked to the curb when a male who was rejected or who dates her gets displeased. Rejecting a male in a higher position is suuuuuper risky. Dating someone in a higher position is suuuuuuper risky.

Saying NO to a courting boss at work is a very delicate task and will get you fired real fast

MS has to be super careful and always stay on TP's good side bc he has the power to fire her and even ruin her entire career. SHE SAID THAT. Until she is sure he is safe, she is not gonna act on liking him. Sure she likes him but she is careful bc SHE HAS TO BE CAREFUL, it is her livelihood and her family livelohood on line

Ah now we understand why you dont get a guy like that - you do not understand what is going on. First of all. MS did not refuse him out of insecurity but out of security. She is the breadwiner and he is her boss. She cannot risk getting fired or even losing her career. Her boss can love her today and kick her out tomorrow. She is not gonna act UNTIL she is 10000000000% sure he is sure and she has a backup job and financial safety plan in case he backfires.

TP loves MS precisely bc she is very down to earth, very mature, and is super competent, dedicated, hard working and helpful to him.

You are looking for someone who is NOT like TP and for a woman who is NOT like MS.

I think it is balanced, we see so many ppl suffering. There is no "technical" explanations about the crisis but I can see why the drama makers would leave it out, most people would get totally overwhelmed to THINK that much :)
