Rewatching the Vegas Pete scene and let me just say…when Vegas tugs Pete to him by the shirt, the way he traces the air in front of Pete’s face with his parted lips…that scene was so fucking sexy. Worthy of the book even if it was off pace. Classic Vegas. The whole scene started to go awry the moment the weird nursery rhyme music started. Why??? It’s not fair! This was so bipolar. They confused Dangerous Drugs of Sex with romance.
That scene where Kinn tried to placate Porsche is stunning. Top tier acting by both Mile and Apo in that scene. So much emotion. The anger and lack of trust from Porsche and the desperation of Kinn. It’s in their eyes, body language, facial expressions as much as in their words. I love this scene so much.
I love how they automatically just know how Bible & Build feel on a personal level, Totally correct yeah..
It’s a fuckin lazy gripe too. Imagine feeling so entitled that you expect a whole production to cater to your personal tastes. Go write your own story if you don’t like how this one is playing out.
To be honest I didn’t find him attractive at all until once he got kidnapped by Vegas. I thought he was only cute.I guess I wasn’t seeing him in the right light.
