What scene has spoken louder than words to you?I think it was the watch snatching with Porsche and Kinn. Porsche…
Either the look on Kinn’s face when he knew Porsche was in the line of fire (he gasped & lunged from safety to pull Porsche away) or the way he agonized over what happened afterwards while in the tub. For me Porsche has always been as clear as spring water in how he feels or what he thinks. Kinn is different. I love it when we get to peak inside his iron self control at what scares him.
I didn’t read TT but I very much felt that the SA was a plot contrivance. Also I felt that the overall story…
I think so many viewers can’t actually follow along with the story as it unravels. Attention is grabbed by visuals and shock, and the subtlety is missed. I personally did not like TT. The Lhong arc was gross and handled so cavelierly.
here's my take....Comparing TharnType to KinnPorsche just does not make sense to me TT and KP are set in 2 different…
I didn’t read TT but I very much felt that the SA was a plot contrivance. Also I felt that the overall story was very immature. That’s my personal opinion and again, I didn’t read the book. Regarding KP the book, with KP the relationship and development of the characters pivots around that event. It was gray, not black or white in terms of right or wrong. I don’t think that it was gratuitous, unlike TT. I haven’t finished VP chapters so won’t comment.! The violence is extreme and I don’t know how the author will redeem Vegas but people love him so I will wait and see.
I’m reading through the comments and laughing my ass off over the distress and agita people are expressing over KP the series content, I am a proud and vocal KP fan because this is a good story. I say that from a position of some confidence as an English major and lifelong, passionate fan of quality storytelling. This is groundbreaking content and bound to be controversial given the worlds conflicting views on LGBTQ and especially, masculinity. I love a good argument. I adore a compelling story. I live for conflict as it leads to growth. And I am an ardent fan of gorgeous, strong man in hot, steamy, controversial situations. Exploring taboos. It’s my thing. To those asking why couldn’t this have been written or acted without controversial topics? The answer is: because it was. There is a story to tell here. That it makes people think and argue demonstrates it’s strength. Either open your mind and explore it. Or turn it off.
I dreamt about that scene when Porsche has enough of Kinn’s shit and body slams him to the ground. and nearly pulverizes his face. Porsche is so funny, lovable and wild that we forget he is a goddamned badass. I am in love with Porsche.
