That man is so freakin charming I never thought that I would like a thai actor so much. He has topped my list of favorite actors which was full of korean ones before. I've watched almost every lakorn of his that I could find eng sub for ๐๐๐

I did the same as you, after watching this I went and watched their other drama but it was not quite the same. I enjoyed the couple yes, and even the kid very much haha, but otherwise it was the same type of lakorn with overly crazy characters and stupid decisions, not bad but also not good so pretty average from my point of view. I am now waiting religiously for their other drama that was announced just a few weeks ago
I really like Ahn Hyo Seop but he's not like my idea of a handsome, rich and tall CEO. Hope he really proves me wrong. On the other side I know Kim Se Jeong would be absolutely fantastic in this role
Arghhhh why am I just finding out that one of my favorite webtoons is adapted into a drama? ๐๐๐ Hilariously only yesterday I was thinking damn I know so many good korean webtoons that would be amazing if it turned into a drama and this was one of them

The proof that I'm obsessed with this drama is that even after so many months passed from when I first saw it I'm still camping here in the comments section๐

I remember when I figured it out that she's 17 and he's 30 I laughed so hard because they actually never talk about their age difference in the drama. They ignored it and I did the same lol.
I loved pretty much everything about the couple but I wanna point out how much I loved the FL because of how supportive and nonjudgemental she was of the ML. There was never a moment where she judged him for being a thief, she liked him before finding out that he was one and she didn't change her opinion even after that. And after realizing her feelings she chose to stay with him having faith in his words that he will protect her and definitely bring her home. I'm too used with the FL making stupid decisions that frustrates me to no end so I really loved her.
And don't get me started on how she was protecting him and not letting anyone talk bad about him even her own parents. Can we get more dramas and lakorns with couples that are this supportive of each other plizzzz
I'm on ep14 and here's the conclusion I'm coming to: There's a lot I would change. There's some real messed up…
Hahahaha I love that someone thinks exactly like me. Having watched too many lakorns I know what to expect from them and my standards are kind of low so I'm pretty used to these messed up stuff. I do not rationalize lakorns I just watch it as entertainment. Besides I consider this lakorn to be pretty good even in this area. But I loved this drama for the same reason, the couple. I've loved both of them, separately and together. Even if the circumstances were pretty hard, I actually could see each stage of their relationship and when and why they fell in love with each other. No other drama of the actors made me feel like this and I've watched enough.
Iโm on ep 6 and the communication between the leads is abysmal,....she is convinced heโs been raping her and…
True, maybe some kind of partnership between them would have been better but I do not blame him for hiding those things, especially in the beginning. In the end it's his life at stake and that of those he loves including hers and it would have been very dangerous for another party to know those stuffs. I also enjoy her character very much, it's not easy to find a lakorn female character that bold and outspoken and I loved how even she got flustered at how shameless the ML was sometimes๐๐๐

I wouldn't say that the communication between the leads is that bad, actually i'm thinking in the opposite direction but otherwise I get what you mean perfectly, I was amazed by the fact that she thought he raped her while she was sleeping. The first time I was like okay this is a lakorn anything is possible (I've definitely seen more stupid things in one) but seriously when it reached the second and especially the third time wtf didn't she doubted it for at least a second? I just had to kill my brain cells a little bit when this happened.
i am on ep 22 and i feel the romance is totally unnecessary... till now it was all about having a family without…
From my point of view this drama clearly shows us that ZQ does not have romantic feelings for her. Over the years he is tormented by the thought that he does not truly belong to this family and because of the bad advice of his friend, who basically did not believe that unrelated siblings can have such a deep bond and it must be romantic love, he momentarily mistook his feelings as romantic interest. He also did not think too much about his feelings because if he did feel love for her then they could become a true family, both with JJ and her dad, just as he always wished for. While on the other side the drama hinted about LX and JJ from the very beginning. Also maybe this is just my opinion, but I've noticed from their early years that JJ behaves more brotherly with ZQ than LX. And the her reactions to both confessions showed exactly what kind of feelings she had for each. Besides ZQ was way too unbothered by JJ and LX's relantionship after. It is clear that he did not actually feel that way about her.
Goddammit I cried so much at the end. I never watch dramas with sad endings but still decided to watch this since we've got a second season but I didn't expect it to be so sad. The last two episodes had me bawling my eyes out. Still worth it though. It deserves fully its MDL rating of 8.7.
I was not fond of romance in this drama. The only reason I watched it because of Bai Lu. Her character is weak.…
Considering the time period and how women were raised back then I actually found her to be a very strong and resilient character. She s not weak at all
I have a thing. I cannot watch a drama with a sad ending. I never start one knowing that it ends sad and when I'm in the course of watching smth and find out it has a sad ending I immediately drop it, no matter how much I loved that drama till that point. It happened to me many times. But I'm so freakin sad rn because I can't watch thiis. It sounds so good and if it wasn't for the ending I already know that it would become one of my favorites arghfdfsdkjsf i'm crying
