I’m still team YuanWen so Dudu! FoF, ZhuYan and WenXiao are irreplaceable. I legit had to stop at the rain scene in LitC cuz all I could think of is rain, ZhuYan visiting WenXiao. 😭 YuanWen’s love was so simple and pure, they just need to look at each other to understand what the other wanted. They just wanted each other’s company but that one simple wish wasn’t heard. 💔 Their scenes were limited but the intense chemistry was there even when just talking lol I still go watch ZhuYan imagining a simple life with her away from all the chaos.

No kiss just like LGiEF. 🫤 Just that attempted one that fails due to the contract he signed at the start of the drama that goes he must work/see her as a colleague only. He does give her a one of a kind love token (a jade he carved a monkey holding the flowers he loves giving her) and told her to never lose it because it’s the only one in the world as he put it around her wrist. He also never lets anyone (except his sister WanEr) push her swing. Yes, sad ending, bittersweet, open, a glimmer of hope if you remember to watch the 24 mins special ep.

I pray hard everyday Neo and Dudu never joins GJM’s projects again. Poor Neo still gets treated crappy by other directors too. They always claim they’ll treat him right but always disappoint him and fans. It’s so hard to watch some of Neo’s dramas when you know bts he’s treated like shit in favors of all the others. For him, I’ll grin and watch cuz it’s him since he never disappoints and does a stellar job with his roles.
