Yes you can watch without it. Just reading comments on other show lets you know they suffered they loved they died. That said it's one of the best acted best produced historical or series probably ever made and will deep seed the love that carries you into this life in this series.

Awesome thank you! I just realized that the FL is listening in on her boss' private at home conversations. This is so outrageous! She bugged him or did he give her access to listen (which is effin nuts) This alone, to me at least, is nonredeemable behavior if she is doing this on her own without his permission. Yet...
