I have finished watching both one and only and forever and ever. Many people are saying Allen Ren didn't portray book ZhouSheng Chen. But I disagree. He actually protrayed him perfectly. In the book we almost never saw anything from his point of view. So it was easy to assume that he was always confident and a bit cold. But in the drama we saw both side. Like why he proposed ShiYi, how he fell in love with her slowly. But none of that information was available in the book. So saying he didn't play ZhouShengChen well is a disservice to Allen Ren. Another thing I am noticing that many people are saying ShiYi didn't remember her past or the drama didn't show it. You guys are wrong. If ShiYi didn't remember anything she wouldn't run after him after seeing him in the airport. Also when she was dubbing about the past ZhouShengChen, she wouldn't cry. Throughout the drama she kept mentioning about reincarnation. Why do you think she did? Simple because she remembered it. She also wrote about it in her diary. People find it so easy to criticize the drama but they themselves don't watch the drama carefully and miss the details.
