This drama is quite addicting.

Not the hottest but quite good I will say.

Of course it's still a hit drama. But not on yamg level. I think maybe sahp will break it.

This drama is really strange for me. Like I am really invested in the drama and watched most of it. I even loved the look too. But I am sure this drama is not my favorite at all. Only the second and third couple made me emotional. I guess I still can't forget ten miles of peaches. I was rewatching it yesterday. For me that was Yang Mi's best performance.

But yamg had less episodes. Which is why it is considered such a big hit. So the comparison is not correct.

Well the emperor don't care about HaiShi in a romantic way at all. I doubt he is brothered by it.

If this will have a sad ending then I hope it goes like this-
Fang Zhu and HaiShi sleep together and she is pregnant. Then He dies.
The emperor dies. TiLan dies too after giving birth to a prince.
HaiShi has a daughter and since she is still the emperor's consort, she become the empress and support the prince. That way the emperor's son is still the next emperor and HaiShi still become the empress but she will atleast have Fang Zhu's child too.

Episode 35-36

Tılan is so gorgeous. She and the emperor needs to do another drama. I hope instead of becoming the empress HaiShi has a happy ending with Fang Zhu. Being the empress is a big tragedy for her. For so many years she had to continue using a fake identity and now if she has to act as the wife of a guy she doesn't even like, ah! So irritating. I want her to be genuinely happy.

I would rather she act with actors of her own age range and popularity. She already already has a drama coming with Xu Kai. Another nonna love story is not it .

I really want the King and TiLan to have a happy ending. I don't want HaiShi to marry him.

I am starting to ship the couple in real life.

I watched most his dramas. But it's one and only which made me a big fan. I love that he is very hard working and practical. I hope in the future he improve his acting even more and become a legendary actor.

The pictures are gorgeous. I am in love with it.

Episode 16 and episode 5 is my absolute favorite episodes.

I like both the main leads. It will be good.

So I finished reading the novel. It's really sad and cried every chapter. But one thing is making me uncomfortable. In the novel they don't get to meet each other almost half the time. If they follow the same thing in the drama it will be very boring.

I personally find that since they made the drama into 2 parts, anyone who is trying to understand everything by just watching forever and ever is just lazy. I mean what's point of making one and only if people only want to watch forever and ever and call it a day.
