Yes, it would have been nice if they had explored their friendship a bit more. :)

Looks do matter for me, though, especially since the industry is known for making minors adults and vice versa. I'd rather have no romance than feeling I might accidentally be supporting hebephilia, be it fictional or actual.

This particular actress portrayed a child in a movie a couple of years ago. She still looks very young today AND portrays this adult role like her child role back then. It's difficult for me to distinguish between roles if the actors look the same and act the same way in all their movies and dramas. If she hadn't displayed the same behaviour like in her child role, my opinion regarding romance in this drama probably would have been different. :/

A couple of years ago, I read that Korean politicians tried to increase the birthrate by promoting couples with huge age gaps, ideally veeeery young women with 30+ years old men. 30+ yo means that the men have stable jobs and want to start a family.

If I remember correctly, there was quite a backlash because it is quite clear why they were targeting minors. A teenager being busy with a newborn child usually cannot pursue a higher education, so she'll remain dependant on her older husband and her only skills are doing the housework, caring for the existing children (and the husband) and producing more babies.

Unsurprisingly, this drama and other dramas with with this constellation were released during that time, so I suspect that it was more or less a political decision. This story would have been possible with an adult FL (attending university) instead of a minor.

Since the backlash, I haven't seen these questionable age gaps in dramas anymore.

This drama was a good watch because it didn't have any lenghty fillers. The characters were interesting, the acting good. It looked good.

However, for avid mystery/thriller fans (like me), the writing was quite lacking because one usually expects that the main characters solve the big riddle, figure out how the killer killed people and eventually who the killer is. While watching the drama, I expected this patiently because the writers made it look as if the big revelation were just around the corner.

In hindsight, it was rather disappointing. The riddle is no riddle, and the murder cases are rather random like "ok, let's attach a puzzle piece to this case to make people feel hooked, then reveal the backstory which has nothing to do with the puzzle". We never learn how the culprit did it, and the police don't have any evidence. The culprit has to reveal themself, and that's it. I'm very willing to suspend disbelief to a degree but you'll never be able to make me believe that a murder case, especially one involving a serial killer, is solved without any solid evidence.

If it had met the aforementioned expectations, this drama would have been one of the best.

I recently started watching this drama. I have one question, on this site it says the drama has 20 episodes but…
This drama has got 20 episodes. There is also "Mouse: The Predator" (2 episodes) and "Mouse: Last" (1 episode). See the "Related Content" above. Viki makes it look as if "Mouse" had 23 episodes.

I must have been only half watching because I had no idea who the killer was? I was focusing on the damn pieces…
You aren't dumb. The drama did make it look as if the pictures had a deeper meaning which should give us a hint and show the deeper connection, especially since one puzzle piece was marked. While I think that the connection itself was fine albeit typical for revenge stories, the writing felt lacking because the main characters didn't figure anything relevant out. We just suddenly got to see "the past", and then the culprit was like "it was me" even though the police didn't have any evidence. In my opinion as an avid thriller reader, that's just bad writing. ^^

When the characters said that there must be someone within the police because they had told only 1-3 colleagues, I immediately thought about the therapist because the main characters constantly told her everything about their investigation. The actress,
Park Gyu-young, also tends to play crazy roles, so she was a bit like a walking spoiler. I would have been surprised if she had been a random support character only.

I need to be reminded constantly that FL's Cheating has always been Romanticized and Glorified!!!! Many movies! Many…
I don't think that this drama (unlike other stories) glorifies cheating. She doesn't find happiness because the "new" guy is just exploiting her.

Season 1 and 2 had interesting characters. This season was just "watchable" for me because I could not care less about the characters. If one doesn't care for them, one doesn't care if they die, which renders the games irrelevant. The ending implies that the US-Americans need their own Alice in Borderland like they needed their own Squid Game. The last season of Squid Game the K-drama was also underwhelming. Let's hope this is not a pattern.

This is a drama with a fairly unusual story. I can see what it is not that popular on MDL. The main characters are fairly unlikeable and surprisingly complex, and there are only a few somewhat happy moments. I liked this drama but I found it a bit draggy. If it had been 10-12 episodes long, I probably would have found it perfect.

No, one doesn't have to agree with the topics in a story or root for the main leads to be able to enjoy a story and give it a good rating.

An old drama that aged quite well. Nice story, good acting, funny and lovely moments, good soundtrack. Yoon Eun-hye was so cute. Just the last episodes felt fairly draggy.

Even though it is an action drama, the main couple had more sweet scenes together than most new romcoms I watched. The story was also decent if we ignore the many plotholes. I mean, wtf is this stupid "top secret" NSS where everybody has access to the servers and other sensitive infrastructure?

Also, some of the characters were super cringey, and it didn't help that the actors were mediocre at best, especially the cringey forensic guy in his dirty office, and the cringey assassin with his nice shoes.

The last minute drama was not necessary in my opinion.

All in all, I found this drama quite entertaining despite the hyperactive film editing. Good grief, I don't need to see the actor from 3 different angles within 3 seconds, I want to see his face where he is trying to display emotions!!!

Thank you for your True Christian guidance. In the past few weeks, I spent a lot of time studying the Holy Bible and pondering on what you said. I also consulted multiple people who know way more about GOD's word than I. Thanks to you I realised that there is so much room for interpretation that the Bible cannot be GOD's word because HEwouldn't have left any room for false interpretations if he wanted us to follow his word. I cannot thank you enough for opening my eyes like a True Christian™! It was as if Jesus Christ Himself was speaking through you like GOD did through Jesus in the temple. HE/you showed me the true nature of performative faith when it comes to hot actors. Thanks to you, I finally became an atheist. I hope you'll help other people like you helped me. Please keep sharing inspiring Bible verses for beautiful actors who tell little children that they would date them one day! ❤️💕💕💕❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Good drama albeit a bit draggy. I didn't like that the baddies confessed. It would have been better if they didn't, and if there had been actual evidence. The actors were great, though, and it was interesting to see the good main character being a drug addict, which is something we rarely (or never?) see in Kdramas where drugs are for the evil guys only. Fortunately, Ji Sung has been famous for ages, so this "controversial" role (hopefully) won't harm his career.

I don't have an issue with KSH. It's just interesting to see how many selfproclaimed religious women drool over him and worship him more than their own GOD on this website. They also defend him as if he were one of GOD's Angels because he looks so pretty on screen. We never see them do that for ugly and/or unpopular actors.

Claiming to know what Jesus would say and what he wouldn't say is heresy because that implies you knew better than GOD. Neither you nor I are GODLY because we are not GOD.

As you know, the Holy Bible, the Scripture, contains many verses teaching us that men are allowed to do almost everything with us women and girls, and GOD rewards them, especially if they are rich (Luke 18:25 doesn't matter in this context). However, I did not say "it is alright for anyone to approach a minor if the are a boy". Read again please. I wrote that, according to the HOLY BIBLE, it is fine for men to approach minors as long as the minor is female. The man must always be the beneficiary. Obviously, GOD condemns homosexuality as we can see in Genesis. If a man approaches a virgin girl, though, Deuteronomy 22:28-29 provides a solution for this problem. Instead of drooling over KSH and eagerly quoting the Bible for him, we just have to wait for more information on KSH. If he follows, for example, Deuteronomy 22:28-29, he has a place in heaven and does not need your fortune cookie sayings, I mean, Bible verses.

Yeah, let's not debate further. Your profile is basically a shrine for KSH. "Thou shalt have no other gods before me" or something like that.

In the context of Genesis 19, we learn: Lot's two sons, Moab and Ben-Ammi, became the fathers of two important tribes, which is one of the greatest rewards a man could get. This wouldn't have happened if this hadn't been GOD's will, would it? So why does Lot, who (in your words) is flawed, get such a huge reward just because he recognised the visitors as HIS messengers?

Genesis 19:35-36
So they got their father to drink wine that night also, and the younger daughter went in and slept with him. Again he was not aware of it when she lay down or when she got up. So both of Lot’s daughters became pregnant by their father.

It's remarkable that GOD is very selective in who HE punishes and who he spares. And it is even more remarkable that you are allowed to declare your personal interpetation of GOD's words as the truth. If you have HIS permission, please show me. Then I'll admit that I'm wrong, and I'll learn from your truth because I'll then know that GOD himself approved it. If not, the Holy Bible proves for me that KSH will go straight to heaven even if the rumours regarding minors are true. As we all know, he's as beautiful as an angle, so that's his place to be. Christian women wouldn't pray for ugly people on this website.

Are you telling me that the Holy Bible is actually not HIS holy, pure and impartial truth?

Genesis 19:5-8:
They called to Lot, “Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us so that we can have sex with them.”
Lot went outside to meet them and shut the door behind him and said, “No, my friends. Don’t do this wicked thing. Look, I have two daughters who have never slept with a man. Let me bring them out to you, and you can do what you like with them. But don’t do anything to these men, for they have come under the protection of my roof.”

If you know the Bible, you know that GOD and HIS Angels rewarded Lot for his selfless act. And since he did and does, Christians pray for KSH and quote the Bible for him in comment sections on random websites. They wouldn't do that if GOD didn't support and reward certain behaviours, which we can read up in the Bible. Genesis 19:5-8 is just one example. I am sure you can find more if you actually read the Bible.

Indeed, He is Himself as we all learnt from the Holy Bible. HE loves men so much. KSH could approach minors, and GOD wouldn't mind as long as it's girls, not boys. We don't have to worry about him. Have a Blessed and Great Sunday ❤️❤️
