I'm thinking it's because they mentioned a few times "I had a dream...".
lol they did mention that to explain to the others who are not part of the “dream”. I’d be surprised if this is the reason it passed. But if it really was then it’s a good approach. Doesn’t make the audience feel short changed by some bogus ending of a dream that never happened
How did this drama manage to pass censorship? I just realize they told the entire story as a true rebirth story without trying to mask it as something else, like other dramas (Hua Qian, Kunning Palace, etc)
Why does SGY said/know that Su family will rebel and be doomed? Did LR told her at any point?I understand LR and…
So just about everyone in the past is despicable. Please tell me SGY doesn’t actually end up with SRH at the end of the novel? I can’t see them together having a happy ending after those despicable deeds.
My biggest question after SRQ admitted to PWX that he came back after Spring Banquet was how did he die in the past life. My guess is that he committed suicide after LR’s death. He can’t just wake up and suddenly find himself back 20 years ago. I mean, how could you kill your lover, come back and pursue them like you didn’t just end their life? My only guess is that he felt like he punished himself by suicide.
I know everyone hates SRQ but I’m curious about his character, what his thoughts were when he decided to poison her, why he decided to do so, and his reflections after her death.
Also haven’t watched the most recent 2 episodes, so if they revealed anything please don’t spoil for me yet 😜
That’s what i have been saying. You can’t tell me he didn’t get offered any projects even as a support cast,…
I’m positive that given the choice, Ruirui would have picked up a new project by now. GJM only seem to be gatekeeping him after he got popular with MJTY. He was free to join other projects before he got popular like The Legend of Rosy Clouds. But it seems ever since he blew up with MJTY, GJM seem to want to use him in only his own projects. Ugh extremely frustrating.
Blood of Youth was amazing so high standards for this one! Also He Yu as Ye Dingzhi… ahhh just perfect! Cannot wait for the ultimate bromance with the Baili Dongjun & Ye Dingzhi duo!

Yes exactly! Take on a support role, guest role, villain role, anything! New rising actors like him usually jump on as many projects as they can get in order to grow and showcase their work. Especially with how competitive C-ent is, there are new actors and new faces everyday. We fans want to see more of him, different sides of him. GJM has a very particular directing style in how he wants his actors to act so it’s hard to really see Ruirui and his true capabilities if he’s only under the direction of one director. Also GJM works are just good in the aesthetics department, it’s not like his work is the best out there.
Free him from GJM. At this point GJM is just hoarding him away and wasting his talent & youth. Ruirui deserves better than this 6 month gap and damn agency. The boy loves acting, they should let him act, not hoard him for only in-house projects.
