It is the truth, I think you are the first one that think like me in MDL, usually even gays think there is no difference between Bl to Gay films, I am watching worldwide dramas for years and years, I think I watched most of them (that worth watching) so there is a big difference, sometimes I am watching web gay series just to relax from the bl nonsence, It could be that most gays watching just glad they have something to watch finelly after almost nothing at all, so they are more forgiving, and as years goes by and there is more expouser to bl, they willing to be more critic about it, the older one understand a lot of money involve, It's not only straight women, that your mistake,There is couple of known gays producers in Thailand, most of their productions are like that, like New. I don't know where it will take us, it could be that to a better place of openess, it's a slow process, for example, for years we've watching bl with rape normelise, after a lot of critic they stop with it almost completly, I don't remember there was a rape scene in the last 2-3 years at least. they decreas the violence in general, but overall there are still a lot of problems, it could be that it's very hard to make a good romance series in general since the 80's. because people have a lot of knowledge, that is why for example they love Asian dramas, it's far far a way from their culture and from reality, it's like make them relax, you could believe love and romance again, but if you watch wesern romance it's just bad, it can not work anymore. unless it's special and rare.
I don't mind if he is after a break up, but the general attitude doesn't make sence for a old doctor, you should watch "Triage" there are couple of childish doctors there, none of them act that extremly stupid.
The only reason of series like that being popular is viewers that didn't expose to much to romance movies , they maybe watched some of them, but not a lot, because if they did they would not bare to watch it until t end, same denay, break up and then running, it's always the same

The problem with ep 2 remains, the same as episode 1, but less painful to watch, first the Doctor is not behaving even close to a real one, more like a kid , second, the dialogs are making me frustrated, and last , I feel I have watched this plot too times already, why they doesn't grow up?! the actor obviously is too old for this show, but somehow he got this role, he have to, becase he is old enough to be a doctor, but a stupid doctor, that doesn't know nothing about love?! really? and he was with someone for long time?! and all the soccer play with striping infront of the kids, it's stupid to the level I can not even describe, I will keep watching until it would be really painful, like happned with "Star in my mind" drop at the last episode that was exactly the same just with a different actors, What is going on in the producer and writer heads? do they have a brain? or they have only $$ ? how?! the juice replaced by something else I didn't notice?! probably.

I think you misjudging them, they are conservative but unlike S Korea for example, they have a lot of Yaoi for example, and they had Bl with kisses before, it's not the real reason, the real reason is that production is avoiding it because they want to make it purly for $$$, In Cherry magic I was more forgivin, because it had a plot and some depth, but here you don't have it really, they didn't dig into the depth of "unluck" person, or the feeling of being "Unlucky" , it's just stay as a comedy and there isn't a development, so if it's shallow give us the kiss too,

As I wrote, I love Jdrama, and I'm watching it for years since 00's, so I know most of their romance comedies, and how its ends, Straight couple did kiss in the last episode from time to time. it's true that not only then, unless it's a school romance there was none, that they have a lot of them, but more older couple kiss on the lips, not on the chick, they are a couple, But it's a bl , they are not suddenly, so even the real "proper" kiss was on the first episode, my only request was that they be equal to straight couple,and follow the manga, in the manga he didn't resist at all in ep 7, and did kissed him, I don't expect them to do something overdoing at all, only like they are in other series.
It was the last episode unfortunately. I have watched only part of it , without subtitles. and Although I love Japanese bl and this drama, I am frustrated they doesn't have a proper kiss, at list at the end, it was cute and all, but for a last kiss ?! It's one of the best top BL Iv'e seen, everything about it is better then all the other dramas you wrote, that is why they have a S2. It's real, tuching, Fresh and simple. Unlike "Where Your Eyes Linger", that was a typical Kdrama, in all asspects. Even the star doesn't look like a real star, in "To my star" it's pretty mind blowing, because Korean productions are use to be top glam all over the place, if uo are a star, it's not a simple person, it's like Hollywood of Asia, But he isn't talk like a tipycal star, act or dress. this producer, writer, is very very brave and bold, because people usually go after the glam, like you do, that is where "WYEL'" it's to feed the regular audience, and To my Star is to feed us the ones that doesn't want this F glam anymore, So tired of this sick of it really. It is driving force of Hollywood, and Kland, and everywhere you go, why should I need to watch it in Bl's series too?! We have this Glam in Thai dramas too, it's all over the place like a desease, like a skin rash, beautiful clothes, beautiful actors, beautiful places, enough is enough, not everyone is beautiful, not all of the people are cheerful, confidente, and rich, Ho man, it's a desease of the modern world, bringing us to destruction, Who said that because he have money, he need someone that have it too!!!???
