I like this series a lot, but the thing that I don't think will be adequately resolved, or really achievable within…
Very true it feels that he is flioing any second, everything can trigers him, one day it's mother, next day is somone else, but I think that the big problem is the connection of the romance and healing, I wronte it in the comment bellow,
I think it's the first thai bl that have honest and real dialogs,, it's pretty amazing, there was other drama called gay ok in bankok, but this is more in depth and it's more mixed gay series with reality and fantasy , I'm not sure if you can call it bl, bl usuallyis more on the fantasy side, and take out from reality asspect of being gay, like for example "everyone accept gay" or "I'm not gay but I like you" things like that, with the trops, there are elements in bl in this series for example the girl, but the difference is that she knows he is gay from the start
I skip this part maybe and didn't watch it, but it's something to be address more, as it's a fact that Asian producers cast white actors as much as possiable..
The more I watch it the more I dislike Nat character, he is abusive character, I don't understand why they portrait him as misrable, or should be pitty, We always hearing that everyone deserve love, I am not sure that someone else need to be a victim to the way of his growth and healthness, I understand it's a fantasy, the dream of every soul out there that is wounded, but I'm not sure they did right to romanticising it, if they would have seperated the romance and the healing process I would Understand, but they didn't, So I think to myself that someone that realy love someone like Nat will learn from it, and would think that abusive people can be healthy when they get unconditional love, but it's not the reality, abusive people stay abusive, today it's his mother, tomorrow it's someone else that trigers him to violence, if he want help he can go to a therapy, but he doesn't want it or realising he need help, the character is not even willing to admit he is wrong, not really. and not pay for his violence even a bit. in fact he wins over and over again, by getting the love from the "Teddy bear", , so for my point of view it's disturbing prespective,
It's been awhile since I enjoy fun and fluffy series, episode 6 made me smile every second, very cute, I adore them , for me bl can be great like that, simple and fluffly
Idk, I feel like Nut's anger isn't meant to be rosy. His outbursts are meant to be as uncomfortable for us as…
I have watched it again, It could be that I dislike the character, he is a good actor, it's just I dislike the character a lot and can not find him likable at all, so my conclusion was that the actor can not make this character likable
Only two episodes are out... isn’t this is a bit too harsh ?
Not really, after watching this 2 years this type of T production it's repetative, I undertand that episode 1 can be bad, anyways I will keep watching and give it a chance, as there not a lot of bl now
What are you saying? Nat is really handsome. He has a masculine beauty while Tofu has a softer delicate beauty.
He is a good looking guy, but I mean to that level of anger, not sure, it could be that he can not switch well between soft and angry look , even an angry person have moments of joy and softness, even extreme softness, they usually are extreme people
Idk, I feel like Nut's anger isn't meant to be rosy. His outbursts are meant to be as uncomfortable for us as…
I'm not sure it's the kind of intensive anger it should be portrait, as even if he is angry person he doesn't even have a small moment of joy?, even angry person have it, but I don't feel it here, it could be that he can not switch easely between soft and anger, it could be the director that is not guide him as well, but about the rest I think if we compare the look, in my eyes In Sarin is perfect for his role, and his looks too, not sure about Nat, the actor is good looking and talented but I'm not sure it's suitable for him...I don't know
You can hate Nut, but that only proves Job acting skills and the complexity of his character 💗 I don't hate…
I wonder if the hate really is because the actor itself or the character, I'm not sure it's only the character to tell the truth, because even now when he is soft and more caring he is still not likable, I have to compare it to not likable character I watched in Thai , and I can tell you it was not because the character, There were couple of bad characters that was likable,
Ep 9 surprised me , it was the best episode so far, there is honesty and a plot that I've never seen in bl before, it could be that it's not a bl, but you can call it more "gay" fantasy drama, there are still some usual tropes in the way, like the girl that can not face Nat is gay, but other then that there are real dialogs, Kensit mom talking with Song ab out his father, have some honesty in the dialog, every old person knows it's partly true, parents love their kids in a different way, but there are parents who doesn't like their kids, or like less, or even hate, even so there is a comfort in her dialog that make you look on the bright side without sounding cliché, Other scenes are between Nat and tofu that make you feel it's a real couple with a real progress, I love love love Tofu , and the actor plays him, every time I'm watching him I'm blown a way by his talent, and beauty, it's like watching alien, or a Dall, he is flowless in his look and acting, I can not fond of Nat but his acting is perfect too, it's just not likable person maybe, it could be that it's not the right choice they made for casting him, he is a good actor, but he doesn't have the aura of a shining actor, for example if they took someone that are really beautiful it could make his anger softer to the viewer eyes, I know it's a shallow and cruller thinking, but it's they way things work, it should be someone who worth watching his anger and violence, every time he is shouting I feel really bad for watching him, and I don't feel Tofu love is worth it. but thankfully In Sarin holds it and make it look so wonderful, to the point you wanna hug him to and believe there is no limit for love
I think the producer is talented, you know it if he can make this film with almost no budget and maybe even with a simple iPhone There were couple of problems, first h didn't film the both characters when there is a dialog, most of the time it's one person talking and we watch only his face, it take me out of the film. You don't feel you are there with them. Second, it was not clear enough, it was cut so much that you need to connect the dots by yourself, but this was too much connect. Last think,Jeon doesn't look like a Judo student , I know it could sound ignorant, but that is tv, it's very shalow, it's the same factor as casting good looking acors, is either you are in the club or out.
Same old boring Tawain drama, that can not compare to the first history as they trying , the falling kiss becomes a big joke, I don't care if the plot is the same over and over again, I just wish there was more interesting moments, but the "Shy" character is a bad actor or a dull character, I don't know, it's pretty similar to the last few series thay had , same type of characters, even in History 3, but at list in H3 there were more interesting moments.
We always hearing that everyone deserve love, I am not sure that someone else need to be a victim to the way of his growth and healthness, I understand it's a fantasy, the dream of every soul out there that is wounded, but I'm not sure they did right to romanticising it, if they would have seperated the romance and the healing process I would Understand, but they didn't,
