I've realized that ratings are mostly, but not totally, irrelevant. Everyone reacts differently to a drama. If it makes you feel good, that's all that matters.

There's no doubt it causes health problems if done too much. Also people are more open about being alcoholics and how it has harmed them. In some ways, the world is getting better.
