I'm a few episodes behind, but my two cents on the FL is, yes she is not the greatest actress BUT the character is not giving her much to work with. "Cute" seems to be her only personality. Weak writing is making it hard to really connect with character. I love DYX, but I have to say the constant grunts "errm, hmm, ehh" are really annoying!
The baddie who attacks FL in episode one looks so much like Black Dragon from LBFAD I had to go check the cast list to see if it was him. So far the characters are not grabbing me, and the comedic sound effects are a little over done. Hope it's just a rocky start and it will get better!
One year later and I'm still not over this iconic masterpiece! The creativity, the chemistry, the character development, the visuals, the music, the love story. ♥️ I still get all the feels when I watch it. It deserves a much higher rating. Happy Anniversary!
