The only reason I haven't complained yet is cause I understand it's both of their first loves and they're shy/getting used to kissing. I just can't wait for the deeper make-outs as I know that both the leads are such good kissers, and I can't wait for that, given the chemistry they have so far!!

I'm so happy so many modern dramas are getting released recently, as I much prefer modern dramas to costume ones. I may have to wait for a while to start this one due to finals, but I'm glad it's coming out soon, as I remember seeing it and being excited, as I like both of the leads' acting from previous dramas.

I'm so glad we're finally getting a proper kiss scene because I have been HUNGRY after seeing all these little pecks and shy teenage love vibes. I just wanna see them unleashing their desires and for him to stop holding back!!

I have to admit that LWM is an amazing actor. He plays Zhuang Xu so well that I hate him from the bottom of my heart. He's so good at playing the victim that in that scene in ep 30 that I was actually feeling bad for him... until he called her unfair, that is. Then all his previous behaviour and man-child activities came rushing back into my head, and I wanted to throw my laptop across the room out of rage. The audacity of JerkXu to call our girl unfair after he used his own inferiority complex as an excuse to try and dim her light to bring her down to his level rather than improve himself to be worthy of her is a concept I can't bring myself to grasp. Since the rich girl x poor boy trope is very rarely seen, I wouldn't mind seeing it again, but with an actual green flag ML rather than an insecure manchild who can't accept the fact that a woman is better than him.

It's cause, as depicted by his WeChat profile picture, HE'S A HUGE GREEN FLAG!! And we love him for it! 🥰

Our school's pretty strict with the no phone rule now too, but I'm unfortunately so chronically online that I still end up spending so much time online, like on the bus ride to and from school and during lunch, so I end up getting spoilers so often that I now skip any cdrama related tiktoks and just save them to a folder to watch later lmao.

I remember people criticizing SWL and saying he shouldn't be the ML when the cast was first announced, but I've been a fan since I watched Go Ahead. In fact, when I first discovered Zhang Ling He, I thought he was Song Wei Long for a while before realizing it was two different people, which I just find funny since it's usually the other way for most people. I'm so glad that more people are discovering/liking him now, and that the show got so famous and proved all the haters wrong. I hope we see him in more roles soon and that he can stay healthy and busy!!

I think I can manage the wait, but my biggest hurdle will be dodging spoilers on tiktok as my feed is always flooded with huge spoilers of the drama I happen to be watching at the time!

FRRRR I saw him in the preview for episode 30, and I could physically feel my blood pressure rising! I just hope that after he finally gets verbally rejected by NXG, we won't be seeing any more of him.

Talk about lucky! I have to wait until I get back home tomorrow to dig into that delicious kiss scene in ep 29. 😭

Saw a comment on Tiktok saying, "If I were Xiguang, I wouldn't trust Yusen's resume one bit when he said he's never dated anyone before, because where is he learning all of those sly tricks and flirting skills from? Medical books??" And I can't agree more!! I loved seeing his shamelessness and his plotting for Xiguang, which totally gives Sang Yan and He Suye vibes. The preview for episode 29 has me absolutely STARVING for tomorrow's episodes, and now I can't wait to come back home from school to watch them!! I'm so glad the slow burn is finally burning now!

I've actually seen a lot of hate for the casting of WIMTM, specifically for Lin Yi being the ML, but I personally have no problems with him or his acting. Glad to find someone else on the same page!

Funnily enough, that's when I started getting into asian dramas, so I've been waiting a lot less than you. But I seriously can't wait for it to come out!!

Yes, that's another one on my watchlist. If you're ever looking for something to watch tho I highly suggest TFF as it's one of the best dramas ive ever watched and the chemistry between the leads is SO GOOD!!

I've been waiting for RND to drop for so long! Hopefully we get to see it soon, and I'll definitely be watching that when it drops. Recent K-dramas haven't really caught my eye, but I was considering giving NTTT a try, so maybe I will. Thanks for the suggestions!

Started SOM to help me get over SAL, but after Tuesday, I really don't know what I'm going to do with myself either. Maybe I'll have to rewatch everything again, or I'm gonna go crazy. It's the same relapse problem I had after TFF and TBT ended. 😭

Learnt about the intense patriotism of the British and Americans in AP history and wondered what happened to us to end up feeling patriotic over Tim Hortons, Justin Bieber, and Maple Syrup. 😂

Really missed He Yu in the later episodes, but it was so nice seeing Esther and Mike interact, cause I wanted more of their chemistry in the show. I might go watch My Amazing Boyfriend 2 just to see them together, but I really hope they work together again later as leads, cause I think they've both changed a lot in terms of skills and personality since then and seeing them together now would be great considering how good their chemistry was in SAL.

I was hoping it would be before my winter break ends which is this weekend, but atleast it's soon and won't get in the way of my exams!!

Yes, but you usually have to pay extra for the express package if you're watching on the official Chinese streaming platforms (as opposed to using a pirating site). But if you're watching on Netflix or Viki, you won't have access to the express and will have to wait and follow the regular schedule.
