no idea, all these rules seem to be arbitrary most of the times, maybe it has to do with selling their dramas to the western market

60 episodes it's against the current rules, so i think it isn't true. sepaking of episode number rules, is it true they want to limit them to 26? or is it just for modern drama? (please don't do this)
