I read a lot of good comments about this drama. It was true, it's really good. I'm up to episode 10 and I'm enjoying this one. I've become more picky when choosing dramas. It's becoming harder and harder to stick to them. I ended up marathoning this one. It's underrated. I'm not going to say it's flawless, but it's really enjoyable and well paced . I like the main girl. She is not like the usual weakling girl you find in most Kdramas. Another good point is, that the main couple are not into that push and pull thing. They are actually becoming friends first. I think it's worth giving it a try.
I just started watching this via HuluPlus and DramaFever. I just got introduced to Roy Qhui recently. It's hard to accept him as second lead. All the other dramas with him, he's been the first lead. I think he is a really good actor. I wish the roles were turned in this drama. There is something about the main guy in looks or acting, that simply don't work for me. I don't know what it is, but I can't really thoroughly like him.
Great article. I have not watched all the dramas you cited, but I agree with what you said. Bad Guy's ending made…
The only reason I remember so clearly is because it was my first Kdrama and I was scratching my head wondering what happened. LOL. The first ending I actually liked and felt satisfied with was with Secret Garden. All the others I watched before then, I had to keep justifying it with a difference in culture.
Great article. I have not watched all the dramas you cited, but I agree with what you said. Bad Guy's ending made me want to break my TV. I'm not kidding! I had to breathe deeply. I have to admit though, that for me the good I got from that drama beat the bad ending. I met Kim Nan Gil and LOVE the soundtrack. The other endings I dislike are ones so open that you don't know what's going on and seem to just stop filming. No closure. For example: Boys Over Flowers! Love Keeps Going (This was a TDrama)WTH???

Sorry for the delay in my response. I definitely have to watch it then. Right now I'm going through a bit of a dry drama spell. I can't seem to be able to get into it. I used to hunt the dramas and marathon them, now all I can do is watch a couple of airing ones. I hope it passes soon. I will start and check either this one or May Queen. Thanks.
Re: YSH- He is so good looking and a good actor but I feel bad for even thinking that. He is so young but does not look it--eeh... talk about Dongsaeng....lol!
too bad viki doesn't have a licence yet, cause dramacray is a bit slow on subbing, im kinda going crazy, i don't…
I'm wondering why it's taking so long. I'm also wondering if this has anything to do with dramafever and their desire to monopolize the Kdrama availability (in the USA-at least). I know for a fact that they shut down a lot of sites that offered subbed dramas, but were not licensed. Now viki is pretty much their main competitor because they are legal AND generally sub faster they do??????? I'm just wondering, NOT accusing, but IMO it does beg the question.
TvN does it again! Their Flower Boy dramas continue being awesome. They are so interesting, complex and pretty to look at. I'm really enjoying this one as well. Highly recommend.

I haven't watched Missing you, but I think your: "I'm actually loving Micky..." may be enough for me to watch. I have the same thoughts about him. I'm not saying he's ugly or anything, maybe just not my type. I will give this a try--though, again, it seems so angsty I don't know if I can take it. :/. I get too involved in the drama and if it's too moody I become moody too.
I am also watching Madame Butterfly. It's okay.
Yeah. I have kids. I don't watch much tv, but if I do It's a drama. Usually after they go to bed I sneak in some ME time. it helps me relax.

Hey! how are you? I have been doing well. Thank you. Busy with the start of a new school semester for my kids.
I have not watched too may dramas. So far I have been watching Alice and started with Flower Boy Next Door. I like both. They are well acted and funny.
I have been wanting to give MQ a chance I like the actors there. I'm just afraid of the melodrama. Is it too heavy with it?
Take care.
"Mizushima Hiro Comes Out of Retirement!!!!!!". BEST NEWS EVER!!! Ever since I first saw him in screen I fell in love with his (face) hmm, hmm..acting. No really, both. I love how he acts and he is so good looking. I was sad when I read that he had retired. I'm so happy that he is coming back. I have never read the Black Butler Manga, but I bet he will do an excellent job playing whatever character he gets. Thanks for the news. :)
I liked (and voted for) many dramas, this year...but none hit me like Queen in Hyun's Man. The couple's alchemy…
Hear! Hear!

Happy New Year to you too!! I hope this one is even better than last. Thank you.
I think I will check out The Princess Man first. I need some Park Shi Hoo in my life right now :)
Such nice, lovely, well acted and bittersweet movie. I'm glad I found the recommendation to watch it from here. I loved the actor who played Takuma. What a sweet character. I have never even read of the manga, but this movie was absolutely worth watching. I'm glad I did :)
Great job! I enjoyed and learned much from your article. Thank you.

I really like Kim Nam Gil and this drama had something that makes you watch even though it's a bit weird at times. The music is fantastic, but since KNG had to go to the army the last few episodes were just a bit crazy. Some people liked it and most didn't. Still, I think it was worth watching. Right now I'm really enjoying Park Shi Hoo is Cheongdandong? Alice. I love this drama. I had not enjoyed a good drama in a while.

Thanks for the friend request. You are indeed lucky. I would not have known what to do had I seen a favorite star in a store. :)
