Personally i feel as long as everyone agrees that Uk was harsh towards buyeon at that point, everyone is on the same boat.

You know what, what hurts me is jaewook has internalized this so called beauty standards himself. From EOY days, he constantly compares his visuals and others. He is always insecure. To be frank according to kdrama beauty standards it is very difficult for him to be popular. All that he has gained is through his talent alone. I just want to hold him and tell him that you are best at what you do.

Why should actors be handsome? I like him more when he is in character. That just elevates his charisma! ♥

Also as the story progresses, even if uk is moving on, her reactions amd subconscious will resurface and this gonna complicate things for them. How is Uk supposed to react to that when she constantly reminds him of naksu. I don't know. I have to see what the writers have done with this. He can't all of a sudden realise that buyeon is naksu. Things are going to get complicated for sure and both of them are gonna be psychologically and emotionally affected.

See, had buyeon slapped him, i would completely be on her side. As i said, he shouldn't have said that or done what he did. But buyeon's characterization is so that she wouldn't slap him at that instance. Buyeon not slapping him doesn't make her week or meek. It is just how the character would react at that instance is what i think. So given the context, the characters' reactions made sense to me. Of course there can be other opinions. This is mine.

She has been gaslighted into believing she is buyeon by the jin family and to an extend by master lee. Uk has been in the receiving end too. The fact that she came in contact with the jade egg complicated things. Well what has not been complicated in the series by hog sisters! It is not improbable to think that she is seeing the memories in the object. But saying this, i don't want Uk to be angry at her ever. He doesn't have the right to it even if he is grieving. And of course she doesn't deserve it. But I think the firefly scene was him feeling guilty about it. He knows it is not her problem, but his. The ost kinda support this (even though i could only understand 'i am sorry' part. Lol) this is scene is also similar to the one in the second episode, part 1, where he tells powerless mudeok/naksu 'die if you want, ' but then immediately regrets it, even as he realised she is of no 'use' to him. Uk has always been impulsive and hot-headed, but at the same time self-reflective. His impulsive attitude had sort of got toned down as he was maturing, and started getting what he wanted. It is his core character that had become passive that resurfaced. I think gaslighting is a harsh word to use, given the context, yet. He shouldn't project is anger towards her. I agree.

My fear is what if jinmu gets to know about the bloodworm in yul and controls him. Jang uk will never use his power against him.

Cp already knows he is the king's star no? Also there was some article that mentioned cp will come clean about the king's star. But if jang uk invincible, then there is no enemy. There must be something that must complicate things for him.

I can take anything, but no hate for jang uk please. He is among the best of best male lead characters written in k drama history. And this is not my ljw bias speaking.

Amidst all the humour in park jin scenes (some even see it as fillers), there is so much growth in his character evident. He used to see things in black and white. He has always thought that rules are meant to be imposed. I am reminded of the conversation at uk's initiation ceremony. Uk always saw things in grey. "Magic can also be used to kill people and sorcery to save them sometimes. It is the intention behind the user that is important. " Master Lee, might be because he has seen how the world works for a longer time, always knew it was necessary to see how uk makes his destiny, rather than blocking his path. In a way these both and all that happened have rubbed off on Park Jin. Now he is the one telling them to choose their destiny, try and see it for yourself whether it is the right way or not. And sometimes, impossible abd incomprehensible things can happen.

Seo yul putting his uncle in his place will be my favourite scene of yul ever. Go won, his turtle, and turtle shamn are growing on me 😭

In the conversation with park jin, he knew she had built it back. But he told him it has collapsed anyway 😭 jin buyeon collapsed it.. My heart ❤
