Title A Dream of Splendor Spoiler
I'm hesitating to watch since I heard there will be a big breakup between leads like 7 or 8 ep. But how everyone…
The ML gets into an accident and gravely injures himself. The FL is left to fend for herself but she doesn't think the worst of him until he recovers and doesn't face her because he thinks he doesn't deserve her. He finds out his father indirectly caused the FL's father to die. However, they're both very much in love with each other throughout this time and the ML breaks the law to reunite with the FL before he gets injured and is in a coma. Hope this helps.

is this good
Yep, mature leads who act well and about women empowerment and independence when faced with hardships. I quite enjoyed the romance and the mature, well developed characters.

If this helps, it's not really a break up. There is separation because of circumstances where they are unable to see each other causing a misunderstanding. It also didn't feel like a long separation, as the leads clearly love each other and get back together when the misunderstanding is resolved.

One of the best cdramas of 2022. Why? Well developed characters who made mistakes but redeemed themselves. Great chemistry between the leads with a mature, supportive and loving relationship. Watch the first five episodes to determine if this is your cup of tea. What I enjoyed the most was the women empowerment, fight for women's rights and independence and the loyal friendship between our three ladies. The cinematography, acting and set were quite nice. The drama is not without plot holes but they're not critical to the story.
On The King's Affection Aug 15, 2022
Felt the emotions of each character especially Dam-I's helplessness and the need for her to have her defences up. Her life depended on not trusting people and letting them in easily. Despite hearbreak, betrayal and living a life that does not belong to her, she made a place for herself and found love and belonging along the way. While I get why there could be SL syndrome, I found ML suited her perfectly because he understood her reservations and was willing to risk it all to be with her even when he didn't know who she was. Unlike dramas that try to pull in the childhood love trope halfway through, I appreciated we got to see their affection develop from a young age and how much they longed for each other until they met as adults. I'm so glad I came across this drama and did not let the negative reviews deter me from watching.

Title Melancholia
This drama gave satisfying portayal of justice and truth. Everyone got what they deserved and the main leads understood and stuck by each other until the very end. There is no romance while he is a student nor any concerns about grooming. They only get together after years have passed. Also enjoyed the mathematical perspective shown in this drama.

Title Melancholia Spoiler
if they are not together when he was her student and wasnt groomed there is literally nothing wrong with them…
There is no student teacher relationship and neither was he groomed. Even as an adult, their romance is very gradual and they hardly have any scenes at all until the end.

Title Our Secret Spoiler
At Ep 15 ML rejection was kind of cruel to FL.... She just like him a lot.... ML doesn't even have a good reason…
There were a number of reasons. His father is ill and they are short on money being the obvious one. ML thinks FL deserves the world and he doesn't want to burden her. Most importantly, when he went to visit her and saw her with Su he overheard her say that she's tired trying to catch up to him. The ML addresses this and later on tells the FL that's why he didn't respond to her affection. Although I believe he kept refuting her advances, he never directly told her he didn't like her. Sorry for the long post but just fresh off finishing this masterpiece and couldn't resist the explanation.

Title Sweet Teeth Spoiler
not only stereotyping but the main lead him being a dentist and giving hypertension medication to the grandma…
With specialisation, it's a minimum 4 years and as he was a doctor that would be around 4-5 years plus with residency we're looking at 6 to 7 years just completing medicine and then there is a requirement to study general dentistry before you can specialise as an oral surgeon. The ML should be well into his 30s by now but he wasn't significantly older than the FL. That surgery scene was a bit unbelievable. They might have explained his qualifications but his age didn't make too much sense given how long you need to be studying for to specialise in oral surgery.

There's also Our Secrets which I've heard is quite good if you're into school to adult romance and it's recently finished.

I agree, don't know about China, but as a dentist you can't perform surgeries like the ones ML did for the cleft lip and the trauma injury of the the little boy. That requires years of specialisation which the ML didn't have. All these flaws deterred from the drama and kept jolting me back to reality not to mention the racist references to Africa.

Thank you for posting this. I limit watching Cdramas because of the anti Blackness and fat shaming.
There was a bit of fat shaming in this drama too. For instance, when the ML calls her "heavy" and says she's chubby (she's not but why mention it). Multiple references to viruses in Africa also left a sour taste. It added nothing to the plot, but was unnecessarily blown out of proportion. SMH.
