In my opinion I think the photo in the Chairman's house sparks two speculations 1. He's the son or 2. He is/was the son-in-law after seeing the end I don't know how but this thing came to my mind and it kind of makes sense but is absurd at the same time 😂 So I think the guy (Theo) was his son-in-law but had an affair with the doctor's daughter (pregnant lady) and that's why they probably divorced maybe he was humiliated by the chairman and that's why he holds grudges against him and now he's taking his revenge through Samoel Fund and the Chairman probably doesn't know that he works there and has taken a loan form that fund company.
Another theory I have is: he is chairman's son and i think in the initial episodes they somewhat showed something like the chairman has no intention to leave the company to his family and has not made up his mind yet as to who he wants to leave the company after him and so his son is probably upset because of this and wants to inherit the company that's why his trying to achieve that by Samoel Fund
