I agree with everything you say.
Celebrities and all leaders have huge power to influence the public for good or ill.
They have a responsibility to make society better. Why can't people understand this?
I admire your composure when dealing with people on the Left.
Personally, whenever I encounter them online, I usually put them on ignore because they're not worth my time lol.
The Left destroys countries all over the world. They are destroying my country, Canada, with their dangerous laws.
The Left enables crime, drugs and social breakdown.
I hope you become a leader in Brazil.

It is horrendous that this film was butchered and marketing edited to avoid the possible "discomfort" of some…
Korea's has a tough anti drug policy like the rest of Asia.
The West's kid gloves approach to drugs is a complete and utter disaster. The West is literally declining before our eyes. Drugs, crime, violence, lawlessness.
Don't assume your ways are what's best for Asia.
I' here in Canada. It's the same in the United States.

I don't think it's hyped but It's just popular in Korea. U know how it is we might like some shows like "Moon…
I agree. Kdramas are popular globally, but I wouldn't say they're popular in the US. But they're gaining popularity. Marry My Husband did well on Amazon which is dominated by english viewers.

haha.. Unfortunately she can't. Korea contents are all banned in China. even fan meeting.
Many Chinese have VPNs.
I'm surprised the Chinese govt allows VPNs.

On Marry My Husband Apr 12, 2024
I've discovered some interesting info on Flixpatrol. It says, Marry My Husband is the second biggest kdrama of all time, behind only Squid Game. Considering the views it still gets everyday, MMH has a chance of beating it before the end of the year.
This link shows you the biggest shows of all time in the streaming era. There are more than 3200 shows on the list.
https://flixpatrol.com/calendar/popular/tv-shows/

Squid Game is #41, MMH is #56. Other notables are: All of us are Dead at #123, Attorney Woo at #140, The Glory at #142, Alchemy of Souls at #151 and King the Land at #155. To put things in perspective, MMH had almost double the ratings than for All of Us Are Dead which was also a huge hit. This list includes streaming shows from every country, and judging from all the stats I've seen from Netflix, seems to be accurate.

The stats are updated everyday. Keep in mind that multiple season shows show a total for all seasons which is why you some huge numbers. I'm surprised the ratings for Rings of Power were so high. I thought it was pretty bad coming from someone who considers Lord of the Rings the greatest movies of all time lol.

For shows that have started since Jan 1, this has been the #2 show in the world!
It's blowing away shows like 3 Body Problem which cost $160 million.
https://flixpatrol.com/calendar/popular/tv-shows/streaming/2024/
If you scroll down the list, you can see Dr Slump, Queen of Tears and Parasyte the Grey. Parasyte is at #40 after only 6 days. Again, the totals are cumulative and updated daily. It will be interesting to see how high they go.

Yep. 100 percent correct. I'm an American who left the U.S. a few years ago to live in Europe, but who plans on…
What a great post and thank you for sharing your experience.
The US media can't even be trusted anymore because it hides the truth.
It's like most people don't even acknowledge what is really happening.
Isn't it crazy how fast the West is declining?
And so many in the West don't even know it.
They'll know in 10 years, but then it will be too late.
Just so I'm understanding you correctly, you are a white American who has lived in Europe and will live in Asia going forward?

BTW, you are correct about this now being the Asian Century. 10 years ago when I lived in Taiwan, Internet speed,…
Thank you.
I'm encouraged by comments like yours.
But the West is done. I believe it has hit the point of no return.
Here in Canada, I'll be honest, it's nowhere near as bad as America. Again, we need strong America. I support America 100%, but it seems to want to commit suicide. It will get its wish. It's hapening.

Using right-wing talking points and scare tactics is not gonna work lmao.
You do not understand my post at all.
People here are condemning Korea's approach to drugs.
I am saying the western approach to drugs is a disaster as clearly shown in videos, which you don't seem to acknowledge. The video proof is right there in countless videos on Youtube and Twitter.
Seattle is the tip of the iceberg. This is happening all over North America and it is only getting worse.
