Hehe, but it's more of a k-pop meet. :) I'm not into it.

I had heard these ones to be great so I brought them along.. Same reason was for 9x9 even though I had given up like you :D Take your time with it; it would be really difficult for you to come back to k-dramaland.
Aah, it would have been great if I had brought my movies too :P... And I just remembered that I watched an eng-jap film 'Memoirs of a Geisha' some time ago. Pretty good cinematography.
Damn, another sunday gone. All study plans got cancelled because I watched ep 16 on saturday, lol :P My brain is all screwed up right now. Too much thinking.

I spent my half of the sunday figuring out the questions left at the ending of 9x9. Now that I have figured it out I am deeply convinced that it's writing was marvelous. You must complete it. Start from ep 10, no need to go back and start over again.
I have to quickly get over with 9x9 :P
'Mother' is still on. But I plan to start something along. I just don't know what to choose. I have following good ones that I have heard :
Arang and the Magistrate, Autumn's Concerto, God's Quiz, History of Salaryman, Jin, Joseon X-Files, Liar Game, Lucky 7, Nodame Cantabile, White Christmas, You are Beautiful.
But I guess I will leave Nodame till the end, I have watched 1st ep and I was just not into it, although it wasn't bad.

Its not a tear jerker. But in many ways, its just awesome. It's really slow in first few eps when it builds up the story putting some pieces together but afterwards it really paces up. If you watch it, then don't give up midway, that's what I will say.

Yeah, Galactic Football doesn't have much depth and substance, its just a good to watch anime in free time :)
Have you watched GTO anime ?
Faith is a total failure, I don't even want to rate that.
Btw, I just finished 9x9 ep 17 and I'll just tell you one thing like every other person on internet has told me - don't give up on 9x9 midway or at the first 3 eps. THAT'S IT.

I guess that 9x9 is really not your type. Anyways I'm finding it rather good. I have only watched 1 time travel drama before and that was QIHM and that's why I am watching 9x9 now.
I too liked anime when I started watching 'Galactic Football" on TV in my childhood but I lost touch with it. Have you seen it?
I guess I have enough dramas for next 2 months; watching 2 eps per day avg.

Because of QIHM, I started watching 9-9 times time travel. Have you watched it ? I gave it up on ep 2 but every1 was telling me to reach to end of ep 4 where it really kicks in. So I did and it just gets better and better from there.

I'm watching "Nine : Nine times Time Travel"
I know you won't like these fantasy type dramas which are not realistic. But just saying, I have found no flaws in it's storytelling and it kept me hooked after the end of ep 4 but it took me 2 months to get to ep 4. Its really slow in the beginning but its just fantastic from there on.
Worth a watch. And you know what, apart from MDL, everywhere else on internet, it has been underrated :P
Which one ? Are you kidding ? Its 16 hrs vs 2 hrs !! Of course, QIHM is the winner !!!!!

Two Weeks is good in 3/4th of the story, I feel so. I thought it dragged on a little regularly through out the series. I was so hooked on with this show in the starting but in the end I just watched half of the final ep and ended it :P
9x9 is good so far, it has a slow start but a tight plot and I have heard it gets really good from ep 6; I'm on ep 4 now, so I'll let you know later.
Mother is reaaaally slow but the acting is world class so I'm watching because of that :)

It's ok, happens with most of us.
In meantime, I picked up a new drama and even finished it :P. You probably have seen it, "Kazoku Game". It was interesting and I loved it's camerawork. But the acting was a bit let down for me. Nevertheless, I marathoned it :)
Meanwhile, I will continue with "9-9xTravel", "Mother" and probably starting "Arang and the Magistrate"

I live in cbd. Just graduated. What about you?
Tell your friend to watch a drama which is based on anime, maybe she will get hooked. Just like you :) Or just tell her to watch an anime which has a drama version; and after she has watched that anime, give her the drama version, may be it will work !

Is it so ! I didn't bring this series. It got left in my home :( Anyways, I think I'll have a good time 5 months later :) There are a total of 25 dramas with me at the moment which I thought should be more than enough for 7 months. 2 months over and I have completed 5. One of those was Buzzer Beat (just romance); it showed promise in the first 2 eps but it dragged the story after that. If you haven't watched it, then I suggest you leave it.
