same here... i suddenly missed sifeng... after watching cheng yi's bday bash on youtube. i have tried watching cheng yi in other dramas... but i still feel love and redemption is the best for me.

yah i also wanna hug that version of him so much...

oic,,,,! thats why i am rewatching the entire show again on netflix....just restarting.. so havent got there yet to see the show again with new eyes

that say... yes.. she did doubted him for sure.. coz knowing what she knows what he will become (which was a reality for her in the timeline that she came from).

also.. at the end.. she was willing to die together with him... but he tricked her... and sent her away with the protective scale. if that is not love.... willing to be with someone in death.. i am not sure what is.

i am pretty sure her mission was... to kill TTJ. but first remove the bones then kill him completely. Otherwise he will rise up and turn evil.

i do feel FL loves ML. she could have easily killed him but she choose to exchange her essence for the devil bone. she chose for him to live. her mission was to take the bones and kill him. but she didnt.
Yes she pitied him and grew to understand why he was the way that he was. Many times she tried to show him how to have empathy and compassion ( as what TTJ said.. she was the light that shine in his darkness). she tried to show him how to be good, but super tough since he was destined to feel and experience all the pain, hate, betrayals, sins of the world. I see the eternal battle within her all the time. She may not outrightly show her love for him because she probably doesn't even realise it herself as she is consumed by the "mission".
In the last arc , she allowed herself to love him finally - knowing that he will never have the chance to be DG again since the bones are with her. she believed him, helped him, even though everyone was conspiring against CCM. Yes she finally caved and thought he has gone bad at the very end...but that's because he made it so real to her that he went over to the dark side. And even at the final battle , she was prepared to die together with him. so.... she may not have said I love you... but all her actions does say so.

i believe LYX kinda said that in an interview... of a BE end... he mentioned tombstone

my favourite moment in the drama to date-
1) when TTJ almost died from being attacked by his brother and was rescued by YXW - LYX looked so frail there by heart when out to him
2) the bamboo house with ming ye and sang Jiu. every moment there was so touching
3) the epic fight between MY and Demon god
4) the tower scene when TTJ found YXW on the ground

wow... the scene in the book is so beautifully painful... bittersweet

agreed. i was very invested in their story

so i just watched ep 14 .. the battle was epic. and the ML fighting was so beautiful i was mesmerised to say the least.

I guess all the suffering was not my cup of tea. I did make it through quite a long way but the story just did not resonate with me

Hooked by the show. I have left a lot of wuxia films halfway like Cheng Yu's immortal samsara, and Wang Hedi's Unchained Love due to bad storyline even though i love the actors in those films. The starry love is refreshing. 15 episodes in and there's never a dull moment.
