Doesn't this kind of resemble Strong Woman Do Bong Soon? ZT possesses an exceptionally strong strength (just without the superpower aspect) who becomes an assistant at a company where she started off on the wrong foot with the CEO (JC) in the beginning, and eventually a love triangle was formed between JC and her close friend (ZH). Both of the dramas have their cute and funny moments that is enjoyable to watch and the fact that this is cat-themed makes it quite a unique love story.
I am really loving this drama! It is such a breather to watch and the OST is so good - full soundtracks on Spotify. I know a lot of the comments are mainly critiquing the ML about his repeated roles of portraying a CEO which has nothing to do with the actual quality of this drama (it contains the elements of a romcom) and that most likely contributed to the current low rating. The ratings are actually higher on Viki and the drama's popularity is not bad in China as it is ranked in the top 20 list of currently hit airing dramas.
Therefore, I just want to point out: Don't let the comments/reviews deter you from starting the drama!!! For those who are hesitant, give it a chance as you never know what it entails until you watch it.
Fun Fact - In one of the bts videos, it was said that the FL actress took the cat home and raised it after filming the drama. That is so cool and really sweet to have developed such a bond with a cat after spending time together on set! I hope they are happy together :)
Weiguang has so many haters particularly from Reba and Yang2 shippers/fans I'm pretty sure it was all their doing…
Wow...that is crazy. Honestly people need to understand that actors are just collaborating together in a drama and it has nothing to do with their personal lives at all. Going to that extent is ridiculous! I've heard how that drama was like a huge hit before but I did not watch it. This one however caught my attention since it was unique and was my first time watching a drama with Gao Wei Guang in it and he does a pretty nice job. The same goes for Hu Bing Qing. I think one of the reasons why this drama does not have such a high number of views and rating as it should be here is also because GWG and HBQ are not as popular among other actors, which I know that popularity itself does heavily influence a drama's viewership and it really should not just be based on that. The plot should be the primary focus! I have seen how various dramas on MDL get flooded with thousands of views/comments and high ratings within like just days of its airing such as "the newly broadcasted ones recently" which is unfair to other dramas that also have a good storyline, or yet even better ones, but with less popular well-known actors. Hence I can see that the ratings on MDL is not truly credible and I never understand how the rating is actually calculated since it doesn't match up with what the statistics show. You really need to watch a drama yourself to determine if it is good, as the saying goes "Don't judge a book by its cover!" However, I'm glad to hear that this drama is ranked high in China so I guess what really matters is mainly how the turnout is in China. Both the story and acting have to be remarkable more so than ones popularity for a drama to be able to top the charts. If a drama is truly good, it will shine no matter what and GWG and HBQ definitely stood out in this drama. They deserve it for their hard work!

Really? It seemed like he has a lot of fans who like him though. If that's really the case then those people have too much time in their hands to be downrating a drama just because they don't like the actor. I thought the rating of a drama does not usually change that easily when there are a lot of users who contribute to it unless certain people gave it a really low rating like a 1.0 and it seems so. There would not be that many comments on this page if this drama was truly bad.
It's not the best, just with some noticeable errors but they are understandable for the most part. I really liked the drama, it has a very different theme. You will not regret watching it!
