There are bad girls but is quit rare... You probably not going to see any of them in Romance genre unless she's a side character.. Only likely in non romance drama... Even as that, the writer will probably kill off the character in the end... Some asia society still can't accept any scenarios where women are as violent and dominant as Men, so the writer will kill of the character as an evil woman while sending the wrong message to the audience. But that would be a different story when it comes to men.. Take "The Blossoming Love" for example where the SML was pure evil but was suddenly whitewashed and was made a misunderstood hero in the Last minutes with no retribution nor consequences for his evil.
