I'm on ep 4 and she's very indifferent to him when the ml worries and shows his care. I don't like her coldness in either way.
This kind of make me feel like she don't love the ml that much while the ml is the one going all out.

For me I can't see that as breakup though, I consider it as just normal quarrel between couple and way of venting their differences.
