Aren't you being biased here? SK has an extreme bullying issue an obsession with outer appearance. They literally glorify anorexia because they think being that skinny is beautiful. They praise plastic surgery. They praise alcoholism. There are many things wrong with Korea.

Yes! Exactly! Everything you said is what i have been thinking for years now. I love dark gritty cop dramas like through the darkness and its sad that they won't do more of those. Im more of a melodrama fan and these romcoms get more credit and attention and that drives me nuts. At least with the melodrama's you can see the actors get to show their acting skills. Its not the same repetitive tropes. I hear that 2025 is supposed to be a good year for dramas and I'm still waiting, lol. I haven't been impressed yet.

You must not watch a lot of dramas. Many actors act the same in every drama. Thats not their fault but the director and writers fault. Its the same with Cha Eun Woo. His roles he has the same facial expressions. Not his fault. Maybe we need better directors and writers.
