So well said ;-; XW is such a complex character, in fact they all are. sometimes actions are deeper then words, XW is very loyal and caring to those he care about and theres nothing wrong with what he's doing, he was forced he deserve to get his justice, you can't call a man evil for defending himself, I mean he can be extreme but he was force to learn to survive ;-;

I'm super sad because I knew she'll die but i didn't know she had a CP, the new eps her and Lu Xian are so cute. Now she has an attachment. I can't;-;

I agree, do you remember a few episode back when he was talking to ning er and he said he found her "interesting/ attracted to her" when he smashed the guzheng and saved him on the mountain but many years later when he saw her again she was bully a maid and then he heard rumours of her being a rascal with yan lin so he start feeling conflicted with who she really is. He said I didn't see the spark in you anymore. Then she became the empress from manipulating people in the first life so his crush kinda died, I'm sure he liked her in some way. This time he sees the ning er that smashed the guzheng and saved him again hehe. pure baby XW remembered her ever since she saved him. so sweet :') I think he doesn't know its love yet but his bros sure does haha, don't worry the "I want you ning er" scene is coming ;)

the author did such a good job making complex characters ;-; I love it. Like she loves him but feels guilty, she's attracted to him for being such a strong moral person but at the same time his strong moral pushes away because she knows she can't be completely good like him ;-;

from the scene of them in the snow with the umbrella, ZZ's words triggered JXN to remember his last words to her, which is if she cared for him to please leave (the prison scene) in the last life ZZ mom died indirectly because of JXN, because he developed feelings for the empress (ning er last life) he made decisions that he usually wouldn't and the only time in his life he ever did something morally wrong was for her and he died for it. the thing is I think ZZ was starting to think he and JXN could be together and was trying to convey that he wanted a peaceful life with her but now she's pulled back by guilt. Actually not just the snow scene, a lot of JXN's flashbacks of ZZ are full of guilt, full of him doing "bad things/ decisions" because of her that's what I got from ep 24, let me know what you think ;).
