y'all would never survive a c-drama that is 36 episodes long with thousands of misunderstanding 😂😂 all I…
That’s why I rarely watch c-dramas. Many drag on way too long and are loaded with unnecessary filler and flashbacks. I think I’ve watched 30 to 35 c-dramas and there are maybe a dozen that I’ve liked.
Seeing all these comments made me realize one thing I honestly don’t understand how some people watch dramas.…
And some people actually like a thought-provoking show where you don’t turn your brain off. Just because you like programs like this doesn’t mean everyone does. Personally, I don’t find regurgitating tropes which have been done millions of times before funny. But if others do that’s fine. If I want to relax I’ll put on some vinyl jazz and have a glass of wine. Thankfully there have been a ton of great dramas this year (When Life Gives You Tangerines, Our Unwritten Seoul and Study Group just to name a few). As long as they keep making them I’ll be happy.
Still can’t believe this is rated so high. I guess if you really like lowbrow humor discussing bodily functions, body hair and breast feeding then this is for you. I didn’t find this even remotely funny. Maybe if I was 12 years old again.
Don't know why I just can't warm up to this drama. Don't like the over the top scenes, acting of the ML and the…
You’re not alone. I guess if you really love comedy that relies on tiresome tropes that have been done ten million times then this is perfect. Personally I like comedy that doesn’t rely on this that’s actually original and thought provoking. I knew after the first episode this wasn’t for me. Thankfully there are a lot of great movies out now. I’ll check one of them out.
It's showing you the reality. The guy could have been the murderer of the hit & run case but you need definite…
Try again. I watched that scene three or four times, what she wrote on the paper is exactly the same as what was on the car. The fact that he wanted to defend the husband so bad for his wife’s suicide makes me think deep down he really knew and that was his way of easing his conscience and making up for what he did.

But she was coherent when she wrote the license plate number on the paper, it was exactly the same on the car. Nothing you say is going to change my mind. He’s not a good person at all. That smug and holier than thou attitude turns me off. Too many people are treating this guy like he’s a saint which is laughable.
the hit and run - euthanasia case was mad. being a jerk who abusing the fact of her having alzheimer to win the…
I didn’t like him when he went vigilante on that guy in one of the first few cases. This was the icing on the cake. He totally exploited that woman with Alzheimer’s on the stand and got a child murderer off. Then to ease his conscious he defends the husband. I really despise this guy.
Same here. I can’t stand the two main leads. They both have huge egos and very questionable ethics. I’d be fine if they just focused on them the rest of the series.
I know this might be an unpopular opinion, but I find the FL's character a bit frustrating at times. Not gonna…
I don’t like the ML or FL. However, I do agree they’d be perfect for each other. They both have huge egos and are full of themselves. I could see a dinner conversation with them:
ML: “ I’m more brilliant than you are!! I’m eight years older than you and was asked to be partner! FL: “No, I’m more brilliant than you!! I won a case before I was even officially a lawyer!!! I’ve got you beat old man 😝”
Just once I’d like to see one or both of them lose a case and brought back to earth.
TLDR version: you do you and I’ll do me.
ML: “ I’m more brilliant than you are!! I’m eight years older than you and was asked to be partner!
FL: “No, I’m more brilliant than you!! I won a case before I was even officially a lawyer!!! I’ve got you beat old man 😝”
